January 23, 2020 at 8:40 pm in reply to: Social Icons within Footer Widget no longer working – Newest Theme is loaded #1177850
Victoria, although I’m copy and pasting the full code in the private content box below, when I preview it I see it is not showing the full code. Can you login with the credentials I provided and look at this? It is working in the staging environment from an old theme install.
January 23, 2020 at 8:33 pm in reply to: Social Icons within Footer Widget no longer working – Newest Theme is loaded #1177846Hi Victoria, I will add the full code. I just added the snippet and figured you would log into the site since I provided credentials. You can see that this same code is working with an older theme install at the staging site included in private content below.

Perfect! Thank You!
The logo is now centered, but it is not displaying it’s actual size. It is considerably smaller. Can the logo be set to it’s actual size?
I have reset the user role to admin in case you are able to take care of this tonight. I would like for the logo to center align at its true size, as it is currently shrinking it down. Thank You.

Forget it. I waited too long without a solution and had to switch back to the old layout.
Can I get support request today? I need to get this design to my client.
I would like the logo center aligned, at its full size – with the menu split on the left and right. If you look at the site, the logo is set to the right, and shrunk in size.

How long will it be until I receive support response?

January 15, 2019 at 8:54 pm in reply to: Enfold Theme Conflict with The Events Calendar – Two Register Buttons #1054340I’m still waiting for a response on this. The original ticket was nearly two weeks ago. I cannot continue to keep my client waiting for a solution. Any help???
January 14, 2019 at 8:32 pm in reply to: Enfold Theme Conflict with The Events Calendar – Two Register Buttons #1053834Any word from the developers? I need to get this taken care of ASAP, as I have a customer waiting on results.
January 5, 2019 at 9:26 pm in reply to: Enfold Theme Conflict with The Events Calendar – Two Register Buttons #1050399This came after the update of the theme
I tried it again today, and it was available to validate. I went through my list of tokens and found a couple of duplicates. I believe that those may have needed some time to clear.
October 24, 2018 at 4:33 am in reply to: Enfold 4.5 Theme Update "Update Failed: Download failed. A valid URL was not pro #1025774I am trying another method. I am setting my sites in maintenance mode, deleting the main enfold theme (I have a child theme in place) and then importing the new 4.5 updated theme. I then re-activate the child theme. I do have to reset a couple of widgets afterwards, but with three sites, it seems to be working. Is this method okay? I have 11 more sites to udpate, so I want to ensure that this won’t cause an issue later?

August 3, 2018 at 2:46 pm in reply to: Changes to Theme Options are not visible – caching issue? #993281Every website does not use Cloudflare, so I know that is also not the issue.
August 2, 2018 at 3:00 pm in reply to: Changes to Theme Options are not visible – caching issue? #992888Rikard,
Yes, I’ve tried that as well. The updates are not visible until I do an entire empty of the cache across Cloudflare, WPEngine, and my terminal on my Mac. This isn’t a computer or network issue, as I’ve tried on outside networks as well.I cannot be the only one with this issue, as it’s with EVERY Enfold theme website I have, and that includes two separate hosting providers.
Thanks,

This was an urgent request… so after much digging, I uncovered the solution.
Thanks.December 13, 2017 at 12:59 pm in reply to: Add Burger Icon next to menu item rather than the down arrow #888299Perfect!! Thank you so much!
December 12, 2017 at 9:36 pm in reply to: Add Burger Icon next to menu item rather than the down arrow #888072That mostly fixed things, but the burger icon is still setting a few pixels higher than the menu items. Please look at my initial screenshot provided of what I need it to display as. Thank You.

December 9, 2017 at 7:50 pm in reply to: Add Burger Icon next to menu item rather than the down arrow #886954Hi Mike… thank you. I added line-height: 100%; which brought the menu back to the proper line height. BUT, I have lost the ‘MENU’ item turning green upon hover. Do you have a snippet to add for that?
Thanks!
BethDecember 9, 2017 at 3:08 pm in reply to: Add Burger Icon next to menu item rather than the down arrow #886848There is a mockup in my initial post within the private section. ‘Menu’ will have a dropdown associated with it, and I do not want the icon to appear next to the dropdown items.
This is what I want to achieve:
This is what the code above produced (‘Menu’ type dropped down a few pixels, and it added the icon to the dropdown menu items).
December 7, 2017 at 4:59 pm in reply to: Add Burger Icon next to menu item rather than the down arrow #886164Sorry, that did not work. It dropped the menu item text down a few pixels, and added the burger icon after every submenu item. I have set up a user acct for you to login.
This is the code I had originally used to produce the down arrow (which showed up perfectly), but the customer wants the burger icon instead of the arrow.

Hi Jordan,
This option didn’t work for me. I input it into the Custom CSS with no change displayed.
Thanks,
