  • Hi Victoria,

    So you are saying that the OTHER image with hotspots is supposed to have at least one hotspot?

    Let me try to get this clear: I had two images with hotspots, one without a hotspot and one with a hotspot. If I remove all hotspots from both elements it works, but if I have a hotspot on one element and not the other the html has a conflict?

    Regards,
    C

    I have enabled debug mode and this is the code I used:

    [av_image_hotspot src='http://freelanceweb.ie/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/freelanceweb.ie_.png' attachment='3325' attachment_size='full' animation='no-animation' hotspot_layout='numbered' hotspot_tooltip_display='' hotspot_mobile='aviaTBhotspot_mobile']
    [av_image_spot tooltip_pos='av-tt-pos-above av-tt-align-left' tooltip_width='av-tt-default-width' tooltip_style='main_color' link='' link_target='' hotspot_color='custom' custom_bg='#00b1d5' custom_font='#ffffff' custom_pulse='' hotspot_pos='17.4,21.8']
    Clear brand positioning
    [/av_image_spot]
    [av_image_spot tooltip_pos='av-tt-pos-left av-tt-align-centered' tooltip_width='av-tt-default-width' tooltip_style='main_color' link='' link_target='' hotspot_color='custom' custom_bg='#00b1d5' custom_font='#ffffff' custom_pulse='' hotspot_pos='52.4,21.4']
    Direct and concise messaging
    [/av_image_spot]
    [av_image_spot tooltip_pos='av-tt-pos-above av-tt-align-centered' tooltip_width='av-tt-default-width' tooltip_style='main_color' link='' link_target='' hotspot_color='custom' custom_bg='#00b1d5' custom_font='#ffffff' custom_pulse='' hotspot_pos='16.6,54.9']
    Clear, concise menu
    [/av_image_spot]
    [av_image_spot tooltip_pos='av-tt-pos-right av-tt-align-centered' tooltip_width='av-tt-default-width' tooltip_style='main_color' link='' link_target='' hotspot_color='custom' custom_bg='#00b1d5' custom_font='#ffffff' custom_pulse='' hotspot_pos='20.6,78.1']
    Clear calls to action
    [/av_image_spot]
    [av_image_spot tooltip_pos='av-tt-pos-below av-tt-align-right' tooltip_width='av-tt-default-width' tooltip_style='main_color' link='' link_target='' hotspot_color='custom' custom_bg='#00b1d5' custom_font='#ffffff' custom_pulse='' hotspot_pos='']
    Strong, expressive imagery
    [/av_image_spot]
    [/av_image_hotspot]

    The whole page got brought into a single container somehow:
    2017-10-05_1018
    2017-10-05_1019

    I have left it on debug mode for you to take a look. I would like to use hotspots in future so it would be great if this issue could be resolved.

    Thanks & Regards,
    C

    Hi pberquet, thanks for trying, unfortunately the names of my images are:

    fel-in-the-20s
    anna-b-w
    fel-on-the-street

    So not the issue in this case :-(

    @support, anyone else having this issue? Is it specific to my CSS?

    K Rgds,
    C

    Hi Ismael,

    1. There are two font-family settings there:
    primary-nav-wrapper nav {
    font-family: Arial,sans-serif;
    font-weight: 700;
    font-size: 14px;
    letter-spacing: .02em;
    font-family: "Courier New","Courier","monospace";
    font-size: 12px;
    text-transform: uppercase;
    letter-spacing: .2em;
    font-weight: normal;
    font-style: normal;
    line-height: 1em;
    }

    This is what I get in dev tools: http://screencast.com/t/hYj5ynME2T

    That header font is definitely not Arial, its Courier New, I’m just not sure why its displaying differently to my Courier New.

    2. Thanks

    3. Thanks
