You can close it. I haven’t tried any of your solutions yet, but it will probably be a week at least before I have time to and I know you like to wrap things up.
many thanks

If you go to the website listed in Private Content, you will see the cookie warning box at the bottom right. Click on the button “Einstellungen” which will open the pop-up of your various options.
If you click on any of the options like “Wesentliche Website-Cookies”, “Google Analytics Cookies” or “Google Cookies und externe Videoanbieter” you will see various green enable/disable buttons at the bottom. Unlike the rest of the website, which is in German, the description of these buttons are mostly in English. I would like to change the text to German to match the language of the website.
Thanks Charl
Hi Rikard
I would close it, everything seems to be working just fine.
many thanks
CharlThanks Ismael
That seems to have worked perfectly :)
much appreciated
CharlHi Victoria
Any news relating to the issue?
best regards
CharlHi Victoria
login bellowSince there are no answers from the moderators, maybe some of you have experienced similar issues since the last update?
See https://schuh-interlaken.ch/ – the issue effects the grid row element bellow the header slider and intro text, there is a version of this element on all pages and all have been effected the same way

January 22, 2020 at 10:50 am in reply to: Masonry Gallery – can't access "Media Library" to upload images #1177106Hi Nikko
You are right, it’s the “Enhanced Media Library” plugin, which is unfortunate as I love this plugin.
Will this be rectified after the next Enfold update as this has never been a problem till now?

I also get errors, which is why I thought I’d misunderstood what to do about “comments” – what do you sugest I do if I can’t correct the code so that it works? The thing that confuses me is everything was working fine last year with exactly this code.

I am a little confused. Last year I had the exact same code and it worked, sometime over Christmas, New Year I updated all my sites and then this January I noticed the logos were no longer in place – same code, different effect?
Right now I have no idea what I am meant to do? I have added the code to the private section bellow. Both at it used to be and as it now is without the comment (if I am indeed understanding you correctly) – neither work.
I really don’t understand what I am meant to do? I’m not a person who codes, that is why I love Enfold, it allows idiots like me to build good sites without having to,

No, I just copied & pasted the recommended code, changed the page number and the logo address. Until I Googled “commented out” had no idea what it even meant – to be honest I’m still not a 100% sure I understand the definition correctly. I’m a graphic designer who loves the accessibility of Enfold and not at all proficient in coding.

Sorry, no idea what went wrong, try now, I’ve sent the link via private content.

@Vinay I have sent you the link, many thanksFebruary 1, 2019 at 3:37 pm in reply to: using different logos on individual pages – old php solution no longer works #1061580Thanks guys
Sadly it still does not work. The code I am using has been functioning for months now, it is only after the last wordpress/enfold updates that it no longer works.
The only plugin I have installed since is “Disable Gutenberg” and even with this disables the problem continues.
@Guenni007 > I even added the exact code you published, simply changing the relevant page number and it did not work?At present I am adding the code to “Enfold Child: Theme Functions (functions.php)” – I have no real idea what the problem, I’ve been over the code several times and the only mistake I see is the double hh in the address of one logo file, which still has not resolved the problem?
Not sure what the problem is, so any help would be appreciated.

The above comment is relating to the our previous discourse https://kriesi.at/support/topic/cant-update-to-4-5/#post-1027578
I must admit I am very disappointed by this answer. I am not upset that there are problems, I am however very surprised by your intended solution.
This whole issue is your problem – stop making it mine!
How is every other theme producer dealing with Theme Forest changing their API for Token keys? Do they all expect their clients who have paid for a service to manually update or do it via a plugin? I am particularly pissed that you then saw fit to close the topic to new replies without giving me the opportunity to ask any questions.
As I mentioned I have numerous Enfold sites and freelance as a designer for 2 other agencies that have over the years (at my insistence switched to Enfold). Now you expect me to install a plugin to update x sites, including sites that are being managed by clients? I have no direct access to some of these sites and I talked a few of them into leaving other themes that they were actually happy with – this is not customer service, this is bullshit!
In your instructions (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/cant-update-to-4-5/#post-1027288) you talk of “delete the current enfold folder and then upload the new one” without making it clear if this only applies to a manual ftp update or also to the update via plugin? Is this a problem if I have changed the php of a child theme?
Seriously, if I install this plugin, do the update and there are problems, what solution do you suggest then?
Charl
Hi
I am running a good number of Enfold sites and I Can’t update to version 4.5 (An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.) You know the issue, your forum is full of the same problem – when will this be fixed?
To be clear, I am not interested in a manual fix via ftp or something similar, I have neither the time or the inclination.
Furthermore I have invested considerable time in bringing several clients into the Enfold fold and some of them are responsible for their own updates, I can’t now expect them to manually update Enfold after so hesitantly leaving another theme.
Will this issue be solved in a further update? …if so when?

Thanks very much. In the administration panel it works really ;-)What exactly did you change? I have to document this on our side…
Now we have this error here:
http://moderndrive.ch/wp-login.php
Could you also fix this?
Thanks very much.

September 5, 2017 at 9:14 am in reply to: Java Script error after disabling the lightbox on a specific page #848004Hi
The problem is, that we have in the console the following javascript error in the administrator area:
Uncaught TypeError: $.avia_utilities.supports is not a function
at avia_hover_effect (avia.js?ver=2:565)
at Object.$.avia_utilities.avia_ajax_call (avia.js?ver=2:106)
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (avia.js?ver=2:67)
at i (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.8.1:2)
at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.8.1:2)
at Function.ready (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.8.1:2)
at HTMLDocument.K (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.8.1:2)And as it is usual, when we have javascript errors, some other javascripts are stopped/blocked.
And so, for example the tabs under the guestbook settings under “Gästebuch – Einstellungen” do not work anymore:
http://moderndrive.ch/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gwolle-gb%2Fsettings.php
Without the avia.js in the child theme, there is no error but then we cannot deactivate the lightbox on the specific page.
Thanks for helping us.
Regards
