Unfortunately we don’t have a staging site. I did notice that Email Before Download (EBD) posted on their support forum about other users experiencing site crashing and issues so it may have been a combination of issues in our case.
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/site-crashes-breaking/I’m considering this resolved for the time being as the plugin is not crucial and they are also investigating potential issues. I will try to update the theme again at a non-crucial time. Thank you!
Updating to add: plugin “Email before Download” was found to be the culprit after I deactivated all plugins and reactivated one by one. I successfully rolled back to version 4.8.6.3 as well, but will hold off on updating to the current version again until I can verify it will not cause issues with any other plugins.
Encountered the same issue here. Updated to 4.8.7 and our child theme still has all settings but it as if it’s being completely ignored. Our site is displaying the default enfold theme and settings despite having a child theme applied.
Same problem on our site after running a theme update. Child theme settings still exist but it is being ignored.
Thanks for your reply, I was looking into this when I realized there was an option for the tab section “Content Height”
This was set to “same height for all tabs” so I tried changing it to “auto adjust to content” and the behavior is exactly what I wanted. Thanks anyway for the recommendation but it looks like no scripting is needed!
January 15, 2019 at 9:37 pm in reply to: Fullwidth video displays [object Object] on Mobile #1054371Thank you! My main concern was with the video fallback image loading on mobile devices. Updating the theme fixed the issue.
Thanks so much! I had to remove “width: 70vw;” line as we did have some images that are not the same dimensions and that stretched them, and I had to re-upload some images to force the full size image to get pulled but otherwise it’s working perfectly. I appreciate your help!
Thanks for your reply! We understand having to click on the image to get it to open in lightbox. The lightbox image does not expand beyond our fixed width content when viewed in a large screen when the gallery is placed within a color section. When the gallery is outside of a color section, the lightbox images behave as desired and display the original size. This is an issue on larger monitors as images appear quite small when constrained. The original images are of a similar size and behavior changes depending on if the gallery is inside a color section or not, so I’m quite certain that is the cause of the issue.
