Has anyone had a chance to look at this for me? Basically, please help me update the theme to a version that is stable with PHP 7.2 as the one I am running now is no longer up to date and safe

Its NOT WORKING fine . Please go to any of the Portfolio Pages such as this one: http://brianvenge.com/portfolio-item/write-adult-fiction/ and you can see that the video , although configured in the back end, is not showing. None of the videos in the PORTFOLIO type of post are showing
I’ve waited 3 days and this is all I got. please help me urgently

Hello,
It’s been 24 hours now and this issue has not been resolved. is someone looking into this ?
Its seriously derailed my progress to a time sensitive project
Please look into this as matter of urgency
I’ve provided you the exact path to follow to experience the issue I’m having so you can reproduce it and hopefully know what is causing this strange behavior

It’s happening on the home front-page, the one that is /landing-page. If you try and add any other element , it will stay for only one view then if you refresh the page or decide to change something, it disappears.

THIS HAS NOW BEEN OPEN FOR 8 HOURS and i haven’t received any response from anyone yet other tickets that were opened 1 hour ago already have a response and a solution. Can someone attend to this please
