Did you have a chance to take a look at this already?

in reply to: GTM Cookies and third party cookies #1212189

    Hi Yigit,

yes, I’ve cleared the cookies before checking in order to be sure which ones are really being set by the page and to check cookie behaviour on load as well as different cookie settings.

I’ve tried Chrome, Firefox and Safari now and in all the three browsers Google Analytics as well as Facebook Pixel are being displayed. I attached a screenshot of the Chrome dev tools as private data.

The cookies on the screenshot are stored before even interacting with the cookie banner, let alone accepting any cookies or applying settings.
We’ve set the cookie behaviour to opt in, so cookies must not be stored unless accepted.

Thanks for updating the docs btw, seems we’ve defined our custom Facebook pixels right. Still they’re being stored upon page load and cannot be turned off with the integrated switches of the cookie settings modal.

    Hi Ismael

Thanks for the fix. Do I need to implement this in all our Enfold instances?

    Good morning

Just for the stats. Deselecting any site in the the maintenance page dropdown will display the 404 page in the footer but not the configured page. I had to put my workaround in place because as mentioned above, this is a live site and complains come in on the same day.
If you want a copy of this website please tell me you gonna have full flexibility there.

    Hi ismael

I answered this already, but I will once more summarize for you.
We launched this site several weeks ago. All good. The footer & socket page was assigned as the footer section and the maintenance page was assigned as the theme-maintenance page and deactivated.
The week i opened the ticket I got as a feedback from the site peeps that they see the maintenance page at the bottom of the pages now, instead of the footer. As I said, I have no idea, why the maintenance page is displayed as the footer section. I didnt set it that way, it was not reflected in the theme backend settings and I have not changed anything.
At the time this behavior popped up, the theme-maintenance page was still set correctly (assigend to the maintenenace page), but deactivated, and the footer page was still assigned as the footer section, but this setting was apparently ignored. I could set any page as the new footer section, it would ignore this setting, and display the (deactivated) maintenance page instead.
There was only one way to fix this temporarily. I had to assign the footer page as the theme-maintenance page but leave it deactivated.
This is still the situation and this is what you can see now. This is also the reason why i ve opened this ticket, cause I would like the theme to display in the footer what I ve configured and I would like to get my maintenance setting back so I could use it as designed.

    Hi Rikard

Thanks for checking. I had to apply this temporary workaround cause it is a live site.
To make it visible again please do this
    1. in Enfold options: change the maintenance page back to the page “Wartungsmodus”. Turn it on and save & turn it off and save.
sidenote: we have configured in Enfold > Footer the page “Footer & Socket” to be displayed in the footer
    2. after step one it now shows the page “Wartungsmodus” instead of “Footer & Socket” as the footer
When I was testing, it always showed as the footer whatever page is set in the Enfold-maintenance page section, independent from if maintenance is turned on or not.

    Hi Basilis
It is some kind of staging environment. Although it is running on a subdomain and should not be found be google, it still is. So we have to limit access to logged in users only.
So far we used one of those coming soon / maintenance plugins before, where it was possible to surf the site for all logged in users. So thats all we need. We tried to consolidate our wordpress features we need, so thats why we switched to the built in feature.
Is this currently limited to admins only?

in reply to: cookie banner question #1155626

    Hi Victoria

Thanks but this is 6 years old, and I dont see how this is closely related to what we haver here, to make the Enfold GDPR Overlay available so it opens by clicking on a footer menu entry.
I just need to know if it is possible out of the box or not. Same for the other task.
If it is not possible out of the box, I need to ask here, where to put the code, cause we need to keep it update safe.

    Hi Basilis

Great. Please tell me more. We gonna need both.
#1 will we need dev? – could we pay somebody at Kriesi or how is this working?
#2 was already confirmed by the legal department, so we dont need to worry.
    Details pls.

    thx

in reply to: slider link and icon list question #1091603

    Hi Nikko

Alright, thanks. For my understanding I see a text element/button which is linked and an image/slider with the same link. Why is it considered nested?
Our goal was: the user will see a 100% linked area and will get forwarded even when clicking on the text.

    Thanks

    Hi Nikko

Great, that fixed the icon list. Thanks
    What about the link issue?

    Best regards

    Will check, thanks!

    Hi
We had this as well but couldnt narrow it down to a specific component.
In my case I found that it was an issue for me only and not everybody on the site and using a different connection helped. i.e. mobile data instead of your wifi.
I would love to see a proper solution to this.

    Hi Victoria
Thanks, I was aware of that. So how do I get rid of whats already displayed in the menu? As you also pointed out there is currently no switcher configured, and still I can see all the flags, so they must be inserted by enfold, right?
To simplify it: I like what I see in the menu at the moment, but the flags should be arranged as a dropdown.

But i still dont know why this was necessary.

in reply to: Logo Missing #1023779

    Good morning
Yes, the logo is there. Please compare with the link in the private section (this is how i am gonna need it again). I ve uploaded the same logo, configured the header the same way, but now, the logo is tiny and vertically not aligned with the menu. I dont understand why?
    Thanks, Kr, Jay

in reply to: Logo Missing #1023418

    Hi Patrick
I ve tried jpg and png. I really dont understand why this is even a problem, I just uploaded like I always did..
Please have a look for me.

    Hi

I will post a link in the privat section where we have exactly what we need. I cant find any differences in the configuration.

    Thanks, KR

in reply to: Logo Missing #1022065

    Hi Yigit
    Thanks!
What did I do wrong, I never head a problem with the logo, and never had to do any manual work?
I will need it bigger though and in line with the main menu. Can we adjust this as well?

in reply to: Color Picker changes value #1022062

    Hi Basilis
There is still this effect: I ve tried #0B5D50 and it gets mapped to #0b5d4f.
The difference might be miniscule, but if somebody checks the color codes they will identify this as the “wrong color”.
