Thank you for the reply – I have reuploaded the fonts in a supported style as suggested, and it looks like they’re working as intended!

My issue now, however, is that when I set the default fonts to the uploaded fonts, they default to bold italics, how do I change that?

I’m not confident that I understand how to rename/edit the header/footer.php files, hence why I am asking for help from the admin team.

If you want to provide detailed step-by-step instructions on how to do it might be able to try it.

Just to be clear, I am deleting the header.php to fix a problem with the footer not appearing?

I have included a link to a page with a full-width easy, as well as another site that I am having the footer issue on.
