No absolutely haven’t done any kind of customization at all, it’s a website that was made around 5 years ago and no work of any kind has been made, other than updates. I will try to replace the Enfold theme then and let you know
Hi, I don’t know if I’m having some kind of this problem after the latest updates of the theme and WordPress, my header has disappeared, just black, my footer has disappeared and the pages are a complete mess. Everything was working fine until a couple of days ago

Hi, recently i’m having troubles using the masonry gallery. If i have more than one masonry gallery in a page, it only shows one and it loads very very slow.
Yes, ok but I would like to know if i can use one of my recent Enfold, that I know i will be able to update for sure, or does it have to be the exact enfold that i bought for the exact website?
I just don’t know which is the exact right enfold download that i have to download, having only the api key number. I have an Enfold theme for each website, but i don’t know how to choose the right one, or doesn’t it matter?
ok, the menu returned, but I can’t update the theme, as it still goes with the apikey, and i can’t see my apikeys anymore. I tried to put in my token, but it doesn’t give me the possibility to update and gives me a lot of warnings, guess related to this old version of the theme.
Thank you, i uploaded a completely new enfold, as nothing would work and now i’m back on track. thanks
I’m having trouble updating , creating pages after a WP update. I have disactivated plugins that doesn’t concern using Enfold, but the advanced layout Editor doesn’t work. It’s like the button doesn’t work
yes that is exactly the problem, with windows, in the section where i have to choose , the background is white but the suggestions to choose from are invisibile, only if i pass the mouse i can see the voices. (see screenshot)
The screenshoot is from safari and the same if i open with chrome, dark background with the voices in white. with windows it’s like it’s contraryThe website is still offline, i will give you the credentials.

As i said with Apple using safari and chrome it’s all visibile, but using another kind of computer you can’t see the elements to select.Hi Mike, could i ask for your help on another website? So i put in an old enfold theme just for showing the client the two pages that was needed at the moment. But now i need to complete the website, so i bought a new enfold. Should I upload via ftp as you did with the other website?
In the icon grid, under layout ( in italian it’s aspetto ), the first options is grid borders: no borders, borders between the sections or borders between and above). So it wold be nice if it could work
Thank you very much! I tried to put borders on yours too, and i now see that the borders are the problem , using borders all around or the borders only between the boxes, the links stop working. Is it something that you will resolve in the future? It would be better if you could use the border options.

Thank you Mike , it seems to work fine, i would be happy if you could delete the enfold-old, so i don’t make some kind of mistake. Now i just hope to resolve the link issue in some way.

no, i never even heard of it. I have the google analytics plugin installed (Google Analytics Dashboard per WP (GADWP)), but i tried disinstalling it to see if it was that, but nothing changed. I can’t even update my enfold theme, it’s giving error. maybe it would be fixed with the update?
