Hi Ismael,
Yes, I finally figured out where you were referring to. But the thing is I have been using Enfold for many years and never had this issue before. There must be close to 700 posts that never had this issue and having to go to every post again simply to return things to the way they were does not make sense.
The only thing I can think of is that this issue happened during the Gutenberg transition and that I am currently not using the classic plugin.
I am wondering, should I re install the classic editer?
There must be a way to revert to the way it was for all posts without having to manually edit every post?

Hi Victoria,
I found the spot Ismael was talking about and fixed the primary issue!
But how do I fix it for all the posts, I have hundreds and the problems seems to exist for all of them?
Also, I corrected the above title image for this post as well but as you can see it has the lightbox effect:
where as my new posts do not as seen here:
How do I get it so that all my posts have the lightbox effect, like they used to?
Thanks,
GB
PS – the blog post that has the lighbox effect on image was created pre Gutenberg!

Hi Victoria,
Ismael is looking into it but I can give you the admin access, as I have been trying to get this resolved for over a week now so any help would be appreciated!
To clarify my issue: When viewing my posts now there is a small image (with lightbox effect) above the Post title and then below is the image larger but without a lightbox effect. I want the post to look the way it did before which was just one large image below post title with a lightbox effect. I have no idea how it switched to the current set up?
Hi Ismael,
Strange, OK, try the new password, I checked it and it works.
I tried the change you requested and it just made a bigger preview image.
Also, I am not sure 100% where you want me to go and make the suggested changes.
Thanks,
GB
Hi Ismael,
Sorry, could you help me understand where you are referring to? I looked in Posts (with thumbtack image next to it) and also looked inside Enfold layout (with house icon next to it).
Could not find what you describe in either spot, am I looking in the wrong place?
PS – I am using the Gutenburg layout not the classic editor plugin.
PSS – In my Enfold theme options / blog layout, here are the settings, as you can see it says small image preview but I do not see an option for none? And this small image used to not be there?

I tried that and it did not work.
I am pretty sure it is a setting issue somewhere as the problem of a small image of the blog post is showing up above the blog post title for every post and this was not the case in the past.
I can add credentials but keep in mind a moderator is also looking into this so to avoid confusion, perhaps I wait until I get a reply from Ismael first so as not to have 2 people tinkering on the back end?
FYI, here is a link to screen shot with the issue outlined in blog post:

Hi,
Yes, I will give you access, please keep track of any adjustments and let me know. I want to mention that the problem is on every blog post, not just the Notre Dame post so it is a setting somewhere, I just can’t figure out where.
To be clear, the issue is that a small preview image shows up above the post title for every blog post now, this was not the case in the past and I do not know how to get rid of it.

Hi,
I did clear cache and I can try putting code at the top but is there not a setting for this?
I have been trying to resolve this by going to Enfold theme options / Blog layout.
I just can not seem to find the setting that removes the image above post title. Which by the way was how it was set for all the years I have been using this theme, I have no idea what changed.
Thanks,
GB
Hi Rikard,
Thanks, for now I will not change the Burger Mobile Menu option.
But the other problem I am having and maybe you can help with this is that for some reason all my blog post entries now show a small image with lightbox click ability then the Post title and then the image again (with no Lightbox click to view larger option).
I do not know why this is happening or what to set in the Enfold theme blog settings?
Link for example:
All I want is the one image under the post title and for it to have the lightbox click to view larger option.
Can you tell me how to return my blog posts to this set up?
I am hoping I do not need to use code as I never needed code before to have this set up.
Thanks,
GB

Hi,
I tried adding the code but it did not change anything.
Also I have a feeling it has something to do with adjustments found within the Enfold / blog layout / theme options?
Bit I am not sure what the adjustments need to be, which is how it used to be originally but somehow changed after one of the major theme updates?

All good, you can close it , thanks!
Thanks so much!

I completely forgot about the iPhone browser cache erase in settings.
Thanks so much!

April 16, 2019 at 4:17 pm in reply to: Issue with elements caption / using Masonry blog posts in mobile #1091491Hi Nikko,
OK, I just removed the code which was located in the Quick CSS editor area but the problem still exists.
I noticed it is also not showing up under the images for these posts either:
Any thoughts, I appreciate the help.
Best,

Hmm good question, I had thought the Lightbox effect for the image was activated thru the Enfold theme.
I will look deeper (google searches) into this issue,
Thanks,

December 8, 2018 at 6:25 pm in reply to: WordPress 5.0 + Enfold 4.5.1 + ALB = Problems Loading Elements #1042512Thanks Mike, I also noticed that the auto save could be a factor in this.
And see that if I keep at it like you describe, I can get the process to work. It’s slow but at least I can continue until the update comes.
Thanks again!
December 8, 2018 at 5:56 pm in reply to: WordPress 5.0 + Enfold 4.5.1 + ALB = Problems Loading Elements #1042505I am trying the update page and refresh to an existing ALB page to solve “the issue” and it is now NOT working.
It had worked on one page of mine yesterday but not today even though I have not made any updates or changes since.
Hoping the Dev team comes up with an update solution soon as I have two important sites to contend with.
Thanks,
GB
December 8, 2018 at 5:05 am in reply to: WordPress 5.0 + Enfold 4.5.1 + ALB = Problems Loading Elements #1042311jomo5280, could you or someone else explain what value or advantage there would be to install the Classic Editor plugin?
If we have this work around with the advanced Layout builder and not using the new Gutenberg blocks option.
Thanks!

December 7, 2018 at 9:45 pm in reply to: WordPress 5.0 + Enfold 4.5.1 + ALB = Problems Loading Elements #1042219Yes, I too was able to work around the issue but not without issue. The first time I clicked the update button, I got a failure message. I logged out and back in and retried. Update worked but still had problem with text block. So then I updated and then viewed page, then went back into the back end and finally was able to add a text block.
At least this process works for now..
December 7, 2018 at 9:09 pm in reply to: Major problems with new WordPress 5.0 and Enfold 4.5.1 updates! #1042208I wish I saw this post before I updated, having the same problem, will also follow this thread.
This problem occurs when I try to add text block with the Avia Layout builder to a page I constructed 2 weeks ago
Seems like there is no solution as of yet?

Hey, no worries, I figured out a solution!
I created the same sub menu on every relevant page so that it was there regardless of what ever menu / page they clicked on.

Here is a link to a long Instagram issue thread for which the fix was coming in a theme update:
So I am not sure I am understanding your response?
Hi,
This is so strange, I do not have any privacy settings set to on and the only time the IG widget did not work in the past was when IG had changed some thing but you guys resolved it with an update. If I remember correctly, this stopped working after I did the big 4.4 update..
OK, I just got off the phone with the WordPress specialist at Network Solutions, he told me that they are not blocking Instagram access.
So strange as this was working for me until the big 4.4 update.
Any other thoughts?
GB
Thanks guys,
I have updated the theme to 4.4.1 and called Network Solutions. The guy I spoke to said it does not look like anything is blocking Instagram but the case is being forwarded to a higher level tech team to see if they can find an issue.
Strangely , when this issue would surface in the past, it was resolved when the IG and theme code was updated, so it is odd that it would be a server issue now?
Will let you know what info the tech team gets back to me with.
