The border is a way different effect than the underline.
It would require, to achieve the best result, to also have an option on padding / margin and more customisations better.

That is happening beause the subfolder / framework can not be replaced.

You can connect to your ftp, through your Server Panel details. You can ask your hosting company for more info regarding that.

Those are for the single page options, not the grid.
I am sorry but there is not an easy way to be done. It would require some configuration to be done, with some advanced knowledge.
