The web site works properly, correct?
If that is the case – then the issue might be coming from the Platform that is been used for the debuging.

Yes, on each update we also update any bunlded plugins. We release the bundles when ever there is an update of our theme :)

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Try install a plugin called ” Simple Images WordPress ” and you can change the image sizes from there.

For easier solution, install a plugin called ” Simple Image Sizes ” and this will short your problems than waste time with code.

I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

Upload the manual update through FTP ( which solves the latest issues ) and then u will be able to do the next updates.
