I am sorry to say, but your WordPress host is… 50% right.
The issue in on the new Jquery version and not on WordPress or our theme.
Although, we have fixed all the issues from our side, so please download Enfold 3.5.2 and everything will be working properlyBest regards,

Those are slider elements and they have not to be h1. They are not priority element, page titles for example. Slider has only to ” link ” to elements.
Please take a better closer look to that, before change them and will create issues to your web site ranking.Kriesi has done a lot of hard work, following web standards to such things.

I have done some checking with those 2 plugins and I see it properly running, if nothing else is activated.

Please update enfold to version 3.5.2 and it will fix any issues ( WordPress 4.5 also is needed ).
After those updates and that you clear cache and transients, let us know if everything will be working as should.Thanks a lot for your time and patience

Also based on the latest version, you might have to update manually because Envato has changed their API – so there might also been changes on the updater.
