Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the instructions here.
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

To work on the grid on enfold of those, that will be hard. the solution is actually to use a background image, with a small width like 2px, which would help you guide the lines that way.
DOing it with CSS would be a lot of work and many changes to the enfold grid, which I do not suggest.Let us know if you need anything else

WordFence, is not the solution I am afraid. Even if they give a quick solution, that is not the end result and how it can work the best.
I do not think it is related with the theme, at all to be honest.
It is something more related to server or a plugin and how they took access.

You can create a Child Theme and use the code there, into the functions.php file.
Although, better option is to remove the code and solve the issue with cache and regenerate images so they can work properlylet us knwo if you have any other question

You can just add [nolink] to the end of your copyright line under Theme Options -> FooterRegarding three, there is cache that is why you can not see it. You will need t empty the cache and it will work properly
