Those CSS are been added at the Custom CSS section, on the dashboard admin.
They are working now, cause Vin already added them.
You can keep them as a backup and add them some other time if you want to.Let us know if you have any other question, would love to assist you further

You will have to use the HTML form that AWeber provides.
Now if you want to the slider, try to use the form as an html input field.

There is no CSS to do that, but u can do it with some Jquery.
You can use the following, by changing the id with the mansory ID$(‘a#link_id’).click(function() {
