Add that code to your functions.php file and replace the body > a with the class you want it to have.

I am afraid we can not do much for that conflict. The problem is on the how to Yoast reads the results, there are already a lot of ticket opened for them to fix it, on the wp.org forums.

I checked the site, there is now a correct way to do it, because each of those columns, if it gets to equal height it will have a lot of space below the text, so that can not be fixed an other way.

We can only supply some CSS to have the same height, nothing else.
