No need for any php. Just add a content block and paste the following inside

It seems that the issue is because when updating, the memory expires and not all the update moves forward.
Please make sure to have your Memory Limit at 256M and that will most probably save any issue having to deal with.Please let us know if we can do anything else for you

I am afraid, you will have to add a css to the header, targeting the search page and making sure that the results there are clickable
is_search() can be used and then add the CSS class there to be default and not none.
