NO, they are not custom made, they are elements of Enfold.
If you want to achive any of those results, or even test things around, consider to always have an installation as a demo for your self and import any demo you want.

That is how the tabs are designed to work into mobile.
If you want to modify the appearance of the theme and the way it has been released, you would need to hire a freelance who will help you further

The new Enfold update, does solve all those issues.
Please update, clear your cache, delete all browser history and cookies and ttry it again.That will most probably solve your issues.

Plugins that are attached into the plugin folder, like Sliders, are updated with our Theme, when we do push an update.Please let us know if we can do anything else for you

You can try use Yoast SEO, which is a really nice plugin and they do also have some nice supprot if you need them.

Parsing those values as a shortcode, is not right becuase, what you do is allowing the html to pas but yes, it messes the shortcode.
It would require to use a different way there to pass the values, to make it work I am afraid.Cheers!
