Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

From where to you export the image?
Are you using photoshop or an other system?

I have disabled the plugins and the dropdowns woked, which means something from your plugins is creating issues.

Please add the following CSS, to hide the background image

.av-masonry-image-container { background: none !Important }

Please go to /wp-content/themes/enfold/ and you will find the functions.php file there.
Please always remember to create a child theme if you are going to do such modifications, it will help not to loose them in a theme update.

I am sorry you wil do it manually, but I will also let you know the fix.
If you ask your hosting provider to increase your php memory limit to 256M, it will solve your issue.

The theme is updated properly, but you do have a cache active, that does make those issues stand out.
Please clear your browser cache and give it a try again.
If it keeps happening, the issue will be strange, because enfold does call any backend JS, only on the pages that is needed.

That is an issue of the hosting provider and limitations that can exist ( also the CHMOD of the uplaods folder ).
Please consider to contact them and let us know if they point the issue to something related to the theme.

We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.

But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/

This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)
