Yes, it seems that Next Gen is creating some issues.

Do you want to remove the border completely?

I have also checked the flag, and it is exactly after the search icon ( taken some time to be visible after loaded ).

Hey!

You have to assign the lightbox class to the form, but we do not know how the form generates the code so we can be able to help you.
Enfold has an option for Lightbox, but to use it into external plugins, it does require time and effort to read the code of the form and integrate it inside

Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
