When you have the custom Logo, what do you want the logo to change at?

You will need to remake the function of the logo, change the logo placment and add the SVG.

That is an issue of WordPress.
Best case scenario is to remove the code as HTML, make it as a shortcode so you can load it inside the textarea.Let us know if we can do anything else for you

1. The color section is making a full width, so it can not work with a sidebar
2. The option is not selected and saved on the backend, so not visible

The issue is because of the latest version of Enfold that is fixing the Google Maps problems.
Not a lot we can do from our side to be honest, can you please contact the plugin author to see why there are issues and maybe he can help?Thanks a lot

That is for sure not an Enfold issue, I did tested on our installation and it is working fine.
I am afraid, we can not help a lot if your are only at localhost, so we can not see, understand and identify the issue.
