We have fixed almost everything on the first update.
There is one bug only from WooCommerce, where they have forgoten to add the size of a headline

No worries at all, every question is good to go.
Yes, you will have to purchase a difference license if you want to have updates for your client.The best case scenario is they purchase their license, after site is been delivered. That way, client owns the license for them and they use it.
