You can have a similar look, because everything is changing to work on moviles. It is called Responsive Design.
You can disable if from the theme settings if you want, but then the site will not function properly on SEO / Google Results.Regarding mobile to play the video that is not possible based on the how mobile devices work, we are afraid.

Actually if you ask the plugin creator how to load the styles of the form last, that would solve your issue.
It happens 1 out of 100, some plugins to have the same classes, or IDS.

The size is that based on the logo position.

It would require a lot of custom code so you can loop with a for each inside the post types.

Yes, you need to select which of your image will look oriented and which not, so you can make the perfect masonry.
From what I can understand you have selected the same for all.Perfect mansory is per DESIGN, we cant have Artificial Intelligence to understand how to modify / cut each image.
