I am having exactly the same issue with my site. The theme options are not visible at all.
This is a totally new page. There are no plugins installed yet. I have the latest version of Enfold and WordPress.
I would be happy to hear from you.

Thank you for your reply Victoria.
As ShortPixel Image Optimizer plugin was suggested as new Enfold theme option – Performance, I started to use it just a few days ago. I can see that my theme was uploading the images only in full size even before I install ShortPixel Image Optimizer plugin. To confirm, I uninstall the plugin but nothing change. It still on uploads only full size, did not create any other options.
I would be glad if you could re-check it.

I am having the same issue; a blank page with error 500. I delete the theme and uploaded one of the old versions of enfold to keep the site up.

I was trying to use the same code for using a picture (sized 960x100px) as a header. However this time it is not working.

in fact there was already a slider :) i upgraded the theme and it started working.

Thanks Elliot, I can make the edits when I change gravity form settings to no conflict mode. Looking forrward to hear from you further.

I am also trying to use a logo (sized 960x100px) as header. I tried different sizes but logo width can be only up to 515px. I would appreciate your help.
