Hey Yigit – the credentials seem to work on my end?
Can you try again please?
Hi Ismael,
I’ve attached screenshots on mobile and desktop views:
Without my CSS code
With my CSS code
With your CSS code
I’ve added in explanations..
I hope this makes sense.
Thanks,
Harvinder
Hi,
This doesn’t seem to resolve the issue as it causes another complication.
After using this css code, when you view on a mobile device the phone number and text over in the header overlap.
Also – the form in the main page is still unformatted.
If you view in a desktop browser and gradually shrink the screen to a tablet/mobile view you can see what I mean.
The complication occurs when I use this css:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
.responsive #top #main {
padding-top: 110px !important;
}This is to drop the top of the webpage down a bit so that the sticky header doesn’t overlap the content.
I’ve removed it now so everything looks good except when I view on a mobile because the header overlaps the webpage.
When I add this code everything looks ok except the format is changed when viewing on a desktop.
The header bar changes colour.
The form above the fold loses its format and the page generally.
So, as the website is now, I just want to drop the header on a mobile/tablet view without throwing out the formatting on a desktop site.
Thanks,
Harvinder
It worked! Thank you so much!
Hi Ismael,
Should I place this code in the actual element css part?
Or in the general css?
I placed it in the actual element and it didn’t appear to do anything..
I put it in the general css and it affected the whole website but didn’t give the effect that I really wanted.
It sounds complicated so I’m happy to get a developer to help realign the images but for now, I would appreciate your help creating the arrows so that it’s displayed on mobiles so people know to scroll across.
Thanks,
Harvinder
Hi Rikard,
I tried switching to a default editor once it was ready to save but it just deletes everything.
Could you help me with the code that I need to insert at the end of the blog?
Shall I put it into the text block or a code block?
Thanks,
Harvinder

June 13, 2018 at 11:39 am in reply to: Latest Update Hides Titles and Video in Main Header Colour Section #972240This is in two different browsers..
If you look at the code of the pages it’s all there but it doesn’t show.
Here are some more screenshots:
Yes this seems to have fixed the issue!
Thank you so much!
I had faith that you guys would get it sorted 😊
Hi,
No I haven’t.. My programming knowledge is very limited so I don’t have the skills to.
Rather then going back and forth with questions and answers I’d appreciate you guys making an effort in to solving the actual problem here.
My client is getting really annoyed with me. I’ve assured him that the support team at Kriesi know exactly what they’re doing and will help to solve the issue.
I found another website with the exact same issue.
cloverleafmaintenance co.uk
I bought this theme for a reason and the menu system is what swang the pendulum in Enfold’s favour.
I don’t want to have to answer any more questions.
You guys have the login details.
I just need help fixed.
Thanks,
Harvinder
Hi,
It seems to work fine with the construction demo.
Thanks,
Harvinder
Hi,
Yes I cached the page and tested on different devices.
I can’t understand why this is happening?
The slick menu system is what actually convinced me to go with Enfold ahead of Divi.
I’m very disappointed.
Harvinder
Hi,
This doesn’t work.
Thanks,
Harvinder
Hi,
Do you have an email where I can send/upload the video to?
I’ve just tested on my friends iPhone and it’s the same issue.
Thanks,
Harvinder
Ok,
I’ve disabled it but there was never an issue with the desktop.
Only on mobile and tablet devices.
It doesn’t appear to have made any difference.
I’ve just tested it on my phone.
Thanks,
Harvinder
Hi,
Do you mean W3 Total Cache?
Shall I disable this and then try?
Thanks,
Harvinder
Hi,
I’ve just tested on an iPad and a different iPhone and it is the same issue..
It just seems to be on the homepage only.
It works find on all the other pages..
Harvinder
Hi Victoria,
Thanks for getting back to me.
It doesn’t really make much sense to me.. Are you suggesting that this may be causing the issue?
What do I need to do from here?
Thanks,
Harvinder
Hi,
I’ve tried this but it doesn’t seem to have any effect..
It’s still an issue.
Thanks,
Harvinder
Hi,
Yes this was the first thing that I did but it didn’t change anything.
Thanks,
Harvinder
Ok cool – we had a country restriction on there so when I turned that off it’s visible now.
Thanks!
Hi,
This is still confusing..
Can you give me clearer instructions?
Do you mean the Advanced Layerslider in the media elements?
Yes or no?
Thanks,
Harv
March 29, 2017 at 8:46 pm in reply to: Blog – how to display author comments date etc under blog title? #769059Hi,
Thanks for sorting this out for me,
Something has seemed to have happened to the css code which I had put in to hide certain elements on mobile..
The homepage now has the following text appearing where I had it in place:
“only screen and (max-width: 990px) { .only-desktop { display: none !important; }}’]”
Any idea why this has happened?
These elements are no longer hidden on mobile and I can’t seem to delete the text..
Thanks,
Harvinder

March 17, 2017 at 11:43 pm in reply to: Blog – how to display author comments date etc under blog title? #762779I don’t understand why this is a customisation when it’s on your example pages in the demo?
This was one of the reasons why I invested in the theme.
Why is it not there as standard?
March 15, 2017 at 7:37 pm in reply to: Blog – how to display author comments date etc under blog title? #761572Hi,
This is the site:
This is the blog:
http://www.multiplumb.co.uk/blog/

Thanks,
Harvinder
Do you mean the Advanced Layerslider in the media elements?
Hi,
I still can’t get this to work..
I’ve followed all of the steps that you outlined.
