Thank you Rikard after installing the updated theme I selected save all and it works. Thank you for your time Rikard & Nikko really appreciate it. Ticket closed.
Hi Rikard I tried to replicate saving the theme on a localhost before implementing this on the live site and the save option is not even available to click. I imported the theme settings and saved the setting but nothing on the front end, still a broken theme. I just want to confirm that Nikko went to Theme Options > Save All changes and it was availalble to click (blue button).
I have a white button that is not clickable. lmk
ThanksNikko thank you bro. Perfect.
I am sorry the admin section is: https://alife.com/stagingv5/dashb/
No the staging site is here: https://alife.com/stagingv5/
Its loading for me.
lmkFYI, I imported the theme settings file over to the staginv5 site but did not seems to fix the issue.
Hi Rikard I just noticed that in the Enfold options everything seems to be deleted after the update. This is the issue. Any ideas as to what can cause that?
Hi Rikard thank you for taking a look. The staging site is a recent copy of the live site, that was copied over a week ago and then updated, giving us what we have now on the staging. I can copy over the site again so they are identical but we know for a fact that it will not make a difference. As a matter of fact last week when you first accessed the site, everything was the same. We set the homepage but the styling is off.
We are in the process of removing plugins from the live site (only contact 7 and related smtp plugins) as we are doing maintenance but none have anything to do with the layout. Yellow Pencil was installed 3 days ago on the live site to address an unrelated issue quickly.
I talked to the previous developer about maybe some custom css was done and that is getting overwritten. But confirmed to me that all the css edits are done in the themes settings.
Any other ideas as to what could be affecting the css. Thanks Rikard
This reply has been marked as private.Hi Rikard installed both API tokens in the theme and in Envato Market plugin and we still get the same result when updating.
Hi Rikard yes we did. Created a token and the site is connected to Envato.
Hey Rikard,
Sorry for the late reply. I’ve attached the login details in the private section.
Will this option of loading all elements slow down my website?
Thanks for the reply Rikard.
The error disappears when I use “Always load all elements” but comes back when I choose “Load only used elements”.
Is there a fix for this?

I’m using child theme now and this link still shows the old CSS: https://alife.co/wp-content/themes/enfold-child/style.css?ver=4.4.1
If i remove “?ver=4.4.1” then it shows the correct file.Under performance these are the settings I have.
CSS file merging and compression: disable
Javascript file merging and compression: disable
Disabling of template builder elements: Always load elements
Delete old CSS and JS files: Checked
I’ve cleared my browser cache.Got it. Thanks
I had that option as my backup but wont it be affected during theme update?
