    Hi Rikard
Im really sorry for the late reply.
So i did check everything and it still does not align with the menu in the footer.
Now it isn’t aligned on all pages.

I checked if it is a Mac Problem or Browser problem but it comes back the same every time.

On the english sites it is even worse.

So we came to the conclusion, that we want to leave out the teamviewer logo in the footer.
Where can i disable this, or delete ONLY this logo?

    Kind Regards
    Oliver

Yes it should be aligned with the rest in the footer.

    Hi Rikard

Sorry for the late reply. I was on leave.
So the TeamViewer logo on both contact pages in the footer (german, english) is lower than my other topics.
On other pages it is aligned and same size.

Or this problem just visible on my end then?

    Kind Regards Oliver

in reply to: LayerSlider Front End Problem #1343164

    Hi Ismael and all

So what i did now was to delete the copy of the layerslider. I just have one now for the page “startseite” and “home”.
I went to Sprachen / Übersetzungen von Zeichenketten

In there i translated the text manually.

It translated the first and the last part of the slider but not the word “bei” to “to”.
    So now im stuck here.

    Andy ideas?

    Regards,
    Oliver

in reply to: LayerSlider Front End Problem #1343034

Really sorry i was wrong. We didnt use the WPML Plugin because we didnt want to purchase.
I used Polylang just to install the language switcher and translated manually.

Any other options? Sorry for the wrong details.

    Regards
    Oliver

    Hi Mike

Would you be so kind and do the same thing for the german menu bar?

I’m probably doing something wrong with the CSS there.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Mike,

So the Chispa Logo in the menu bar should stay on the left like it is right now.
The menu bar should stay on the right yes
The TeamViewer Logo (now in the top bar) with a new link to:
    – German layout to the page ‘Fernwartung’ – link in private content
    – English layout to the page ‘Remote support’ – link in private content
should go in between the last menu item and the language selector yes.

Is that possible? It is a bit complicated sorry.

    Best Regards,
    Oliver

    Hi Yigit,

Thank you for the tip… now there’s something new or a newer change of plans
We would like to change the logo’s place into the menu bar between the ‘contact’ and the language logo (english or swiss).
This would be in the english menu bar and german menu bar.

    Is that also possible?
Im sorry for this sudden change.

    Best Regards
    Oliver

    Hi Mike

Thank you very much for your help. This is perfect.
Just to get it right. If I type in the Quick CSS
    vertical-align: bottom;

it should align with the Phone number right?

    Best regards,
    Oliver

    Hi Mike,
No, it was the one from my film company. Thank you so much for fixing it, I really appreciate it. The other one was from the IT one :-)

Will download and delete those files from the server, as advised.

Again, thanks for the help and have a great week.

    Hi Mike,

Sorry for the late answer and thanks again for your help. Unfortunately since I upgraded php it seems my other webpage using enfold is not working anymore. I contacted my hosting service and their answer was:

The error log shows the following:

Uncaught Error: Function name must be a string in /home/attenhof/public_html/chispa.ch/wp/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/class-style-generator.php:123

So, enfold theme is the problem.

In the same time, setting php 5.6 in cPanel > Select PHP Version made it work. But I set 7.0 back, since I’m not sure about the effect on the other websites.

Another issue is that I can see malicious files inside this account:

    root@echo [/home/attenhof/public_html/chispa.ch/wp]# ll ..
    total 36
    drwxr-x— 6 attenhof nobody 4096 Sep 3 2018 ./

This can lead to spam being generated from your website or other bad things, like a web site defacement or even complete removal depending on the nature of the infection.

These malicious attacks most commonly come from outdated script installations such as WordPress or Joomla, outdated plugins for Content Management Systems including the previous, or from hacked/brute forced passwords.

There are a few paths to take here to resolve this issue.

You (or your developer) can examine the above files and remove them if unneeded or any malicious files/code found within. After that, please ensure that every script installed on the website, (including every plugin or addon) is up to date and running the latest versions. This includes WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc. and their plugins.

If you have any scripts (plugins, themes etc.) that you no longer use or maintain on this account, they should be to prevent any outdated unused scripts from remaining which may present vulnerabilities that can be exploited.

After that, the admin/FTP/cPanel/Database passwords should be reset to strong passwords using a strong combination of lower- and upper-case characters, numbers, and symbols.

So I upgraded WordPress but it didn’t help. I can’t even log into the administration tool. Do you see a way to help me once more? I didn’t remove the files because I didn’t install them. I learned to never manually delete files in a wordpress environment.

    The page is: http://www.chispa.ch

Really strange. Your help is greatly appreciated!!!

    Best,
    Andy
