Hi,
I just updated the new theme that was released yesterday/today. It seems the update has fixed my problem.
Thank you for your help. Kind of stressful. Lol.
By the way, I am thinking of hiring a developer for my website. Do you know how much they run if I were to purchase from this website?
Thanks,
Art
Hi Ismael,
I actually used a different widget since it was taking longer than expected to correct this plug-in.
Unfortunately, the enfold MailChimp widget is still not working consistently. Please go through the individual blog posts. The footer and sidebar MailChimp widget does not appear on all individual blog posts.
It also does not appear on the following pages:
Start here page
Blog page
Resources Page
Work with me Page (This is a full-width page, but no widget in the footer 1)It does appear on the following pages:
Home page (footer 1 only as it is a full-width page)
Contact us pagePlease See if you can help me figure out what’s going on.
Thank you for your help.

I just wanted to let you know that I am still working on contacting my host to find out what is going on.
Thank you for your patience.
Great,
You can close the ticket. Thank you very much.
By the way, do you think more options on advanced styling would be added in the future?
Thanks,
Art
HI Ismael,
I signed into the FTP client successfully. Please sign in with the credentials I provided. Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Art
Hi Victoria,
I went ahead and fixed the Quick CSS. I had no idea it could impact the advanced styling.
Now the Advanced styling works! I appreciate your help!
Best regards,
Art
Hi Victoria,
I have no issues with my Quick CSS. All the codes below work on my site so I’m not too confident in why I need to fix my CSS. Also, these are all copy paste or variations of codes I found through kriesi forums.
I’m not sure how modifying my Quick CSS would help me apply changes I want to make through Enfold’s Advance styling tab. Would you be able to provide me greater insight?
Maybe I need to fix the Quick CSS before any Advance styling gets applied? I’m not sure, please clarify.
Thanks,
Art
Hi VIctoria,
I did tick that box to remove old CSS and JS info.
Yes, adjusting the font size for <p> does not work. Please try yourself make any adjustments using advance styling you’d like, my website doesn’t have much traffic right now, so it doesn’t matter to me. Feel free to try it out to troubleshoot. I have not had any success in using this feature that would be very powerful in making my site more unique.
Temp. login provided.
Thank you,
Art
Hi Ismael,
Sorry, I’m still a newbie at this website stuff.
I’m not sure what FTP details are or where my files are located. Please see Private Content for info that I have that may be what your’e looking for.
Hi Ismael,
Sorry for the delayed response, I was without internet access for the last couple days.
My Enfold Mailchimp subscription visit is set to display “Everywhere” and at “footer – column 1” as per this screenshot
The widget does indeed show on the contact page you clicked on as you demonstrated Ismael.
The only places where it does not show are
1) Both the sidebar & footer column 1 of my blog page, where it displays all posts
2) Both the sidebar & footer column 1 of each individual post
3) the footer column 1 of my “work with me tab”It appears to be the same problem as @chichesterdesign is having.
I updated my temporary login in case you need a closer look
Hi Rickard,
I have not don’t this previously but when I looked at the performance section, in the enfold theme section, I cannot find the option to delete old information. I can only find the option to disable compression. Do I have to enable and disable this each time I make a change?Thank you for helping me with this problem.

Gotcha, thank you. I may leave it centered or not. Now how would I control how much I want to move the logo to the right to make it look better?
Thanks,

October 25, 2018 at 2:09 pm in reply to: Mobile – Centering menu button directly below my logo #1026355Hi Nikko,
Thank you for the clear explanation.
Fortunately, I am not using a translation plugin. I should work to minimize my list of plugins though. I have attached my private info. Thanks!October 24, 2018 at 3:48 am in reply to: Mobile – Centering menu button directly below my logo #1025767Hi support team,
Thank you for your timely response.
I understand the code was meant to be tried in quick css and if not successful, try in custom.css.
I am wondering if there are tweaks to the codes sent that can be made to force them to work through quick css?
Thank you,
Art
October 22, 2018 at 10:49 pm in reply to: Mobile – Centering menu button directly below my logo #1025160Hi Victoria,
Unfortunately, this didn’t do anything and I do not feel comfortable making these adjustments through updating the custom css files.
Is there anyway we can try this through quick css?
Thanks,
Art
Hi Rikard,
Thanks again for your awesome help. It took an hour or so, but I eventually figured out what I had to do.
I assume I can delete the free plugin theme update: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
without any adverse effects on my enfold version / website? Thanks,
Art
Hi RIkard,
Actually, it seems to be an isolated issue specific to my chromebook. I don’t think this is a big problem so no further need to correct.
Thanks!
Art
HI Rikard,
All issues have been resolved.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. You guys are the best! Have a great week.

Thank you very much!
Thank fixed the problem!

Thank you very much Rikard!
I thought I placed this code once before, but on the bottom. Does quick CSS prioritize things differently depending on where the code is placed?
Thanks again!!
ArtHI Rickard,
I hope all is well .I did send a temporary link yesterday in the private content box. I just wanted to be sure you got it. I have resent it again just in case you did not.
Thank you,
Hi Rikard,
There is no minification or caching plugin installed to my knowledge. I checked under Performance, the theme did confirm that it did not detect any caching plugin. Other than that, I am not sure what to look for or how to determine what to look for in this performance section.
If it helps, below is a list of active plugin’s, thanks.

Yoast SEOHi Rickard,
Thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately, I am still experiencing this problem.
For example, if you refer to: https://www.flexcents.com/resources/
The “Warning” text is bold and green, where I would want these bold texts to be black.
For some reason, on my mobile device, it works.
While on my laptop, it doesn’t. I cleared my cache, restarted browser, tried incognito.
Any other recommendations?
Thank you
Hi,
I don’t know if I need to open another thread, but this question is exactly the same as mine.
My bold text was showing green, same as my links. I want my links to stay the same color while changing my bold text color to black
I was successful in making my bold paragraph text black with this CSS in quick style
.alternate_color strong, .main_color strong {
color: black;
}The problem is that it is only corrected on my mobile devices. For some reason, I can’t get it corrected on my laptop. I’ve tried clearing the cache, opening in incognito, restarting my browser and computer.
I have also tried
.alternate_color strong, .main_color strong {
color: black!important;
}Is there something i’m missing?
June 26, 2018 at 1:30 pm in reply to: How do I reduce the edge to edge (left to right) Margins on my website #977938HI Rikard,
I did see this string of code in older posts. I tried again and disabled plug-ins, refreshed browser cache, but it isn’t doing anything to my website.
Best,
Art
June 26, 2018 at 6:46 am in reply to: How do I reduce the edge to edge (left to right) Margins on my website #977805Hi Rikard,
Thank you for the quick reply.
Unfortunately, changing any of the values in the Dimensions Tab under General Layout did not do anything. I cleared my cache and disabled all plugins expect a Word press Login Hider.
I followed recommendations from a previous post, but the suggestions there did not make a difference on my website either.
Any suggestions from here?
Thanks,
Art
