NOTE the jewelry menu choice really as is just going to bounce your customer straight away.

By default, the WordPress mailer fills in the From: field with (Email address hidden if logged out) and the From: name as WordPress.

So by default a contact page is listed as CreativeWork, that is a bit off the mark and very limiting.
Is there no way for your theme to provide more control? Such as optional inputs in the page element creators?
