Hi!
After read comments in the post here:

I find a solution for me:
At the first item of the submenu, I replaced “#” with “”https://” and it works!!!

Can you fix this n next Enfold’s updates?

Hi,
Now this problem persist on mobile devices!
In smartphones the dropdown (submenu) it’s not working (hidden or blocked?)
I don’t know how solved this!

“Expediciones” items > Contains four sub items (Torres del Paine, Explorador del Iberá, etc etc)

I have this list of plugins:

Disqus Comment System
Duplicate Post
Google Analytics
Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights
JQuery Updater (*)
PHP Compatibility Checker
WordPress Backup to Dropbox
WP Customer Reviews WPML Multilingual CMS WPML String Translation
Yoast SEO

By disabling the “JQuery Updater” plugin, the menu dropdown returned to normal operation!

Then I solve the problem.

Me faltó agregar las versiones:

Instalación remota (con problemas)
WP 4.5.3
Enfold 3.7.1

Instalación local (funciona correctamente)
WP 4.5.3
Enfold 3.6.1

Gracias Andy,
Junto a tu respuesta llegó la de los creadores de WPML. Actualicé Enfold y WPML y en principio todo parece haber vuelto a la normalidad, con los cambios lógicos en Enfold con una actualización importante.
