I cannot even get to the dash board now. This has been a horrible mistake to try to use this theme.

Yes, BeyondBOLD. I too find it only in the advanced editor. I can generally live with the default, but I have some large and complex files which are nearly impossible to edit in the default. The primary reason I spent the money was to have the advanced editor.
I have learned a few things. If you are using a script, such as google adsense, this needs to be placed within a widget. These were the instructions I received finally:
Please go to Appearance > Widgets and create a new widget area and then add text widget inside it and place your code inside that widget. Then edit your page and add Widget Area element and then choose to display your widget area that has your code.
I think these were a couple more steps which I had to discover on my own, but, hey, at that point if I could do it, ANYBODY can.
The spinner continued to spin, but I did get it saved and now it works.
I hope this helps.
Thank-you. I tried that, but the spinning wheel just keeps spinning and spinning and spinning.
Hello… is anybody there??
It has been more than 12 hours since I set the auto update and still nothing.
I have created a new log in… I think… Does this give you access?

What do I do now???

Ok, it says I have the latest update 3.4.7 The problem persists. What now?
I know you don’t have any connection, but I am feeling pretty frustrated with the whole thing at this point and am really regretting using your product.
I did (to the best of my understanding) put in the api key. And nothing changed.
What am I suppose to do with your download??? Remember… no understanding here.
I followed the instructions you sent earlier and still nothing. The guy who set this up wants $125 to turn on the updates… shouldn’t that have done in the first place?
Are you asking for all of my log in information?
I can try to get that. I am still not finding this user friendly at all.
At this point though, I may just write the whole thing off because except for the first few days, nothing loaded very well. Rather than spend more time and money since this seems to be the trend here.
So far I would not recommend this service or the guy who sold me your stuff.
Still not working!
I have done the best I can to follow your instructions and it is still not working. What on earth did I spend my money for??
I am not a techie, and all I can tell you is this constant messing with the functionality stinks!! I have no idea how to do this manual upload and I only purchased this thing a couple months ago and I am already having this much trouble. Not happy and am about ready to spread the word and complain mightily to the guy who suggested this.
I am finding the same thing! I am not sure what they mean by “support”
Here is a link to the page in question, which I can no longer update:
Please keep in mind I am not a programmer.
The only way I could think of to get a size on the file, (which I had created directly on WP, (self hosted)) was to copy it to a word document. It comes in at 205KB (which strikes me as a bit small, but what do I know). Either way, I cannot see how I am getting a size error when godaddy increased the allowed size to 512 GB.
And this problem just started, I had no problems just a few days ago.
Thanks
