Hi Nikki, I’ve done this and it chops off the top portion of the image
The problem I’m still having is that the first image isn’t as deep as the other ones, is there another size I can use?
Thanks I’ll give that a go :)
Thank you I’ll try that.
It’s okay have found the fix here https://kriesi.at/support/topic/content-element-google-maps/#post-656399
Hi there I’m still having trouble with this, I’ve tried following the work around but there is no where to put the gps info. When I add street address, city and country then click find address, nothing happens. Is there an issue with this not working? It’s getting a bit frustrating.
Thank you but the issue I’m having is that I don’t want the colour element to be full width I want it to be around 80% width
Sorry I didn’t make myself clear, the three coloured boxes on the banner, it’s the header there that I’m struggling with.
Thank you I’m trying to follow @andreasobermeier but not sure where I should place the GPS co-ordinates, there doesn’t seem to be an area to put them?
Gah just found it!! All sorted !
It’s ok all sorted now.
Hi Vinay
Here’s how you fixed it last time:-
Hi,
Thank you for the info I had not received it earlier.
To achieve what you are looking for I had to comment out some css and add the below in your child theme styles.
.html_header_top #top .av_menu_left .main_menu{
display: none !important;
}
.av_minimal_header #header_main .container {
margin-top: -90px;
}
Please refresh the page to clear cache and review the site :)Best regards,
VinayI don’t know what CSS you commented out. If this fix can be applied again then the logo will appear as it should. Please ignore what is there for the moment as it’s just the logo that’s on the banner image not one that I’ve uploaded.
Many thanks
Lyndsey
Hi Vinay
I’ve bodged it a bit an the logo is part of the banner image rather than separate which I would prefer?
Many thanks
Lyndsey
Hi there Basilis
Vinay had fixed the issue but then I’ve overwritten the css file with an older version so I don’t know what styles he commented out.
Many thanks
Perfect thank you!
Thanks Vinay will do, glad you like it. Think it could be better though!
Hi there mostly all fixed now (hopefully!) thank you for getting back to me, here’s how I changed the width of the content:-
.container {
position: relative;
width: 820px;
top:-52px;
}One problem I do have is that I’ve managed to loose the logo again, someone from your team did fix it for me but not sure what they did? They said they commented out some of my CSS but I can’t find the right code to remove to make my logo appear again?
Also I’m really struggling to amend this child theme, I usual use the inspect element in Google Chrome to test things out, if I get it to work in Chrome then try to transfer it to the css file nothing happens. Is there somewhere else I should be editing? Main thing I want to do is remove the white space around the main banner image and also to make the body text width smaller?
Sorry here it is: http://www.anondesigner.co.uk/mojito/
Great thank you!
Thanks Vinay!
Just in case here are the details again:-
Hi Vinay
Just checking did you get my reply with my login details?
Many thanks
That’s works great but now my logo has disappeared?
Thank you it’s moved it up slightly but I want the image to sit flush to the top of the page if possible?
