I have contacted the webhosting support and this is what he wrote:

in the admin panel under “Server” => “Apache Status” you will find the Error_Log for download.
There you will find several times the error message “Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error” which usually means that the software internally gets into a redirection loop.Server technically I can’t see any problem. Somewhere in the software there will be a redirection which will be reset by another redirection.
But here I have to contradict the developer unfortunately. Unfortunately we can’t analyze foreign software and explain the manufacturer where his error is. If the manufacturer has found the “sticking point” in the software, he can tell us if he needs a change somewhere.
Currently you have a domain and a subdomain which can be forwarded to WordPress via https://. Other “special” settings you have not made.

My problem is almost the same:
Since today’s update (WordPress and Enfold Theme) the pages can no longer be changed.Using the Block Editor in the general settings of ENFOLD:
– I select a page to be changed and edit it
– When I try to save and publish the page, I got the same error message:

– saving works ok, but I don’t get the usual popup ‘View Page’ after saving and when opening the page I get this:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at (Email address hidden if logged out) to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

unfortunately it did not solve the problem. I’ve selected ‘WP Classic Editor’ but still can’t upload a new page.
Whenever I switch to classic editor on the front page I loose the entire design.
And I still can’t upload another page…

I’ve tried both:I’ve updated Enfold – did not solve the problem. So I changed it back to the previous version.
When switching to the Classic Editor the page get’s changed. All Images are lost and I still get the message ‚

At the moment I can’t upload the page ‚Datenschutzerklärung‘, which is linked in the footer of the first page.

The above code only changes the size of the first column block.
I would need a solution, so that all neighboring columns and their background are of equal height regardless of their position in the page or their size. Isn’t that what the feature equal height is suggesting?

but unfortunately that also influences the size of the smaller columns further down.
I cannot set the column height to a fixed value. I would need a true feature of equal height columns that works for all sizes.

the important thing to me is, that the grey background in both columns is the same height. How do I achieve that?

Version: 4.6.3.1but it is still not working…
Could you kindly help.on https://www.silbensalon.de/ all grey boxes in a row should have the same height.

no unfortunately it didn’t change the appearance.
Can you please let me know which changes you have made since I would like to be able to delete them in future if interfering with other plugins.
