Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)
Best regards,
AndyHey ThomasWitzany,
we recommend to use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-migrate-db/

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
I ask again, as you didn’t give an answer to it: Have you got the same issue when switching to a default WordPress theme?

AndyHi,
we can’t explain it to you. It seems that you don’t understand how the world of WordPress is working in general. Have in mind that there is no single developer, but hundreds of different ones. If one thing changes (a plugin update, WP update or theme update), then this will have an effect on all other components. But as every component has it’s own developer and every developer is cooking their own soup, issues and conflicts can arise. It would be impossible for us to find out the root of it, as it would be very time consuming. Feel free to hire a freelance developer for this job though: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization

you’re using Enfold v3.6.1, which is an old version, so please update.

AndyHey jackiejackiejackie,
use this code inside Quick CSS field:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { h1.av-special-heading-tag { font-size: 25px !important; }}
and adjust as needed.
Best regards,
AndyHey jnightingale,
use this code inside Quick CSS field:
.phone-info.with_nav h2 { color: white; }

AndyHi,
providing a random number as thread title does not work for us, as this number is not unique. Please use a precise link instead or even better explain to us what’s the issue is about here.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
we need admin access, to be able to view link you’ve provided. Please use private content section to provide us credentials.
Best regards,
AndyHey waterwalk,
I compared both header in private content, but they seem to behave the same. Could you fix the issue already? please clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Also check on another computer.
Best regards,
AndyHey richardbeatty,
you could hide your logo on mobile, to display your tranparent image only:
@media only screen and (max-width: 989px) { strong.logo { display: none !important; }}
Then for your mobile menu use this:
@media only screen and (max-width: 989px) { #advanced_menu_toggle { top: -31px; background: transparent !important; border: 1px solid black !important; }}
Best regards,
AndyHey kilimats,
you would need to search for a plugin with such a function. The theme can’t do this for you. Maybe check Groups – User membership management plugin from our list here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/recommended-plugins/

login link you’ve provided does not work for me. Can you check please?
Best regards,
AndyHey erwin_m,
Wordpress is cropping images by default when uploading them and if you want to control this behavior you can use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes
I hope this will help :).Best regards,
AndyHey AvenueQ,
check out our demo as a starting point for you: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/
You can import them inside theme settings. Consider that it will overwrite all your settings though.

I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
this can be caused by 100 different things. Most importantly is that it’s fixed not.

AndyNovember 29, 2016 at 4:54 pm in reply to: vertical testimonial in sidebar or just at the side as vertical #718342Hi,
more space for the text and image. Play with different values for margin-left and margin, until it fits for you.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
make sure you pasted the code correctly into functions.php of your child theme.
Send us admin access, so we can have a deeper look into it if it’s still not working for you.
Best regards,
AndyHey freddyB,
that could be possible, but would be a job for a freelance developer: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization

AndyHey Charlotte,
about which table element are you talking about exactly? screenshots highlighting would help. However, try this code:
.table { }
What exactly do you want to change?
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I checked on my own installation and it’s working fine. So I guess a plugin might cause the issue. Deactivate all of them to check this.
