AndyHi,
please stick to one question only and feel free to open a new ticket for another question.
1.) I did some testings on your website and grid row does not load on mobile and desktop neither. I tried to save your page as a template and load in inside a new page, but it template function from ALB does not work on your end. So I think this whole issue is caused by a conflict with a plugin. Please deactivate all of your plugins, to check which one is causing this issue.Best regards,
AndyHey Guenter,
wouldn’t be very easy as far as I know and I bet you would know the solution if it would be possible :).
Best regards,
AndyHi,
too bad. You could talk with your host, why on your server WordPress default mail function gets blocked. However, we recommend to work with Contact Form 7.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
this doesn’t help us. Anyway, does it work for you when using a default WP theme instead? cause I guess this is not a theme related issue, but more of a general WP one and in this case it’s best to ask general WP support about it. However, you could still provide us gmail account.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to get a solution for this problem, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

.slideshow_inner_caption { width: 175%; text-shadow: 2px 2px #000000; }
and adjust as needed.
Best regards,

AndyHi,
not sure what you’re talking about. Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)
Best regards,
AndyWhen using a default theme the problem persists. So now I am leaning towards bugging Woocommerce people. I will test for plugin compatibility tommorrow.
That’s why I told you to test it on a default WP theme. So now you’re a step closer to a solution. Good luck with it and greetings to the guys from WooCommerce support.

it’s not really a bug, just something which Kriesi could improve in the future. However, real bugs (things causing the theme to not work at all anymore) have always priority. This issue can be fixed using a small css snippet.
@jakejauhari
I checked your website (s. screenshot in Private Content), but can’t find the elements you’re talking. Please provide us a precise link and a screenshot highlighting what’s going on for you.Best regards,

remove any custmizations you’ve done. This issue with Google Maps is already fixed in the newest version of Enfold (currently v.3.8.4.).

AndyHi,
check with another (default) WP theme, if you got the same error or not. Remove every plugin (but WooCommerce of course) to find out which one is causing it. Make sure to use parent theme, instead of child theme.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
put it inside Quick CSS field and then you’ll see if it works or not. I was wondering and mentioning “typo”, because I’ve seen this in your code:
.progress-bar-
instead of:
.progress-bar
Best regards,
AndyHi,
at first you can do this: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/
and then you can hide specific elements on mobile using media queries.Best regards,
AndyDecember 16, 2016 at 12:21 pm in reply to: Enfold Child Latest News Thumbnail Crop (Position) #725274Hi,
it should work fine using the plugin I mentioned. Just don’t forget to regnereate your thumbnails, as well as clear browser cache + hard refresh a few times.

AndyHey Pitbull_germany,
welches Plugin/Funktion verwendest du für den Login?
Versuche bitte alle anderen Plugins zu deaktivieren, um zu schauen welches dieses Problem verursacht.

AndyHi,
that’s not common behavior. However, feel free to make a feature request for this here: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
Best regards,
AndyHi,
you’re using this code:
.responsive #top .slideshow_caption h2 { font-size: 20px !important; }
Remove it, or adjust it as needed to e.g.:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #top .slideshow_caption h2 { font-size: 40px !important; }}
Best regards,
AndyHi,
try to add an !important:
.button.nav { background-color: red !important; }
If it still does not work, then please provide us admin access, so we can have a deeper look into it.
Best regards,
