Hi,
AndyHi,

AndyHi,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
some custom code you’re using might cause this issue. Please remove any custom code to check which one is causing it and let us know about your results here.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
again: remove any custom code you’re using to check if/which one is causing this issue and let us know about your results here. Deactivate any plugins while testing to check if one is causing a conflict.
If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

Please create your own ticket inside our forum, otherwise it gets very confusing here. Send us admin login, so we can have a deeper look into it. Show us exactly about which elements you’re talking about (precise link, screenshots).Best regards,
AndyHey vmoralestejedor,
Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

AndyJanuary 2, 2017 at 12:55 pm in reply to: Avia Layout Builder cuts page content after editing and saving. #728492Hey IkarusDev,
does this happen with every page? if not then please create a new page. Check if this is about a caching issue and ask your host if they’re using any caching on your server.
If you still need help please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
Best regards,
AndyHey coreyblaser,
please create a new page, where you recreate the elements in question again, to check if the issue persists. Also deactivate all plugins while testing, to check if one is causing this issue.

if you’re using it for development purposes only, then it’s fine.

please always open a new ticket for a new question/issue, otherwise it gets very confusing here.

AndyHi,
yes, it’s possible to copy content from one page to another. For this function use our Template function: http://imgur.com/a/JDVUP
With WordPress you can insert any page into your menu.
Not sure what you mean with user has to scroll too much. Please open a new ticket in our forum for each question/issue you have and explain your problems in details using screenshots etc.

AndyDecember 28, 2016 at 5:29 pm in reply to: On mobile, change image in color section background and in full width easy slide #728374Hi,
I think it would be best to try a different approach. So let’s try to provide your color section a different background image on mobile, as your very first idea. Provide your color section in question a unique css class, for example “different-image”. Then use this code inside your Quick CSS field:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .different-image { background-image: url(https://i.auto-bild.de/ir_img/1/0/7/0/6/8/3/AUTO-BILD-Design-Award-2013-729x486-3727512def17a67a.jpg) !important; }}
and adjust the url as needed (as well as media queries if needed).
For more infos about media queries check this here: https://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/media-queries-for-standard-devices/
Hope this helps!
Best regards,
AndyHi,
you have one plugin as a must-use, could you deactivate this one, too please? Please provide us FTP access, so we can have a deeper look into it.
I think it should work fine when deleting all theme files completely via FTP and getting a fresh copy from your themeforest account. We can’t reproduce this issue on our end and no one else but you seems to have this problem, so I guess there are some corrupted theme files on your end.
Best regards,
AndyHey belugatinu1,
1.) To be honest I’ve no idea what you mean and what you want to achieve. Could you explain further please? I think screenshots and a mockup showing the results you want to have would help to make things clear for us. Please use imgur.com or dropbox.
2.) Check our documentation about it:
3.) What do you mean? can you explain further and show us a precise link and a screenshot please?
Please always open a different ticket for different questions, otherwise it takes longer for you to get an answer.
Best regards,
AndyHey lech07,
please stick to theme related questions only.
1.) As with any other WP theme too. Simply make two different folder where you install them.
1.1.) We recommend to use WPML.
2.) You could use WPML for it. For migrating use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-migrate-db/
Best regards,
AndyHey digitalezaken,
Wordpress is cropping images by default when uploading them and if you want to control this behavior you can use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes
I hope this will help :).Best regards,
AndyHi,
please use different ticket for different issues, as well as provide us a precise link showing the element in question in every ticket you’re opening.
I think most of the issues are caused by a caching issue. So would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Best regards,
AndyHey Corina,
you’ll need to click “Load more” button until some “Capital Market” items are visible, so Masonry is able to sort them. There is no other function for it unfortunately. Feel free to make a feature request for Kriesi here: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
Best regards,
AndyHey creadora,
use a Separator/Whitespace element to get some more space.
Best regards,
AndyHey LindaSherman,
not sure how we can help you. If you are happy with the result, then you can keep everything as it is. If you want to change things, then simply play with different values for content/sidebar.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
some custom code you’re using must cause this issue. Please remove any custom code you’re using to find out which one is causing it and let us know about your results here.
Login does not work anymore. Can you check please?

make sure that no caching is activated. Ask you host if they use any caching on your server.
Deactivate all plugins while testing.

AndyHi,
move (top, left) and increase (height) it with this code:
.html_header_top.html_logo_center .logo { top: -10px; left: -4px; height: 77px; }
Make sure none of your other code is causing any conflicts.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
the plugin list inside your backend is missing. We need to make sure that no plugin is causing this issue. So again: are we allowed to deactivate all of them temporarily? if yes then please make them available to us. We need to be able to make some tests. Also update the theme to v3.8.4.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
for smaller screen sizes you need to add media queries to the code Yigit has provided to you. Something like this:
@media only screen and (max-width: 989px) and (min-width: 768px) { #header .widget { font-size: 19px; }}
For more information about media queries: https://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/media-queries-for-standard-devices/

Best regards,
AndyHi,
you can reduce it using this code inside Quick CSS field:
#top #header .avia_mega_div > .sub-menu > li { padding-right: 0px; }

AndyHey jlee2027,
at first test with a default WP theme if it’s working and let us know about your results with it here.

AndyHi,
use this code inside Quick CSS field:
.iconbox_icon.heading-color { background: rgba(147, 182, 197, 0.6) !important; }
and adjust the color as needed.
