gehe sicher, dass du ausreichend “php memory limit” auf deinem Server besitzt. Wir empfehlen dir mit mind. 512MB zu arbeiten. Ebenfalls solltest du regelmäßige Backups erstellen, damit du keine weiteren Problem hast, falls so etwas wieder passieren sollte. Frage ebenfalls bei deinem Host nach, ob die ein Caching auf deinem Server verwenden und wenn ja dann sage, dass du es deaktiviert bekommen möchtest.

I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

again: remove any custom code you’re using to check if/which one is causing this issue and let us know about your results here. Deactivate any plugins while testing to check if one is causing a conflict.

If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

please create a new page, where you recreate the elements in question again, to check if the issue persists. Also deactivate all plugins while testing, to check if one is causing this issue.

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.
• permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

I think it would be best to try a different approach. So let’s try to provide your color section a different background image on mobile, as your very first idea. Provide your color section in question a unique css class, for example “different-image”. Then use this code inside your Quick CSS field:

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
.different-image {
background-image: url(https://i.auto-bild.de/ir_img/1/0/7/0/6/8/3/AUTO-BILD-Design-Award-2013-729x486-3727512def17a67a.jpg) !important;
}}

and adjust the url as needed (as well as media queries if needed).

Wordpress is cropping images by default when uploading them and if you want to control this behavior you can use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes

you’ll need to click “Load more” button until some “Capital Market” items are visible, so Masonry is able to sort them. There is no other function for it unfortunately. Feel free to make a feature request for Kriesi here: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/

the plugin list inside your backend is missing. We need to make sure that no plugin is causing this issue. So again: are we allowed to deactivate all of them temporarily? if yes then please make them available to us. We need to be able to make some tests. Also update the theme to v3.8.4.
