Hi,
png is not sufficient, you need to use png24 for achieving a transparent effect.
Can you provide us screenshots showing precisely the issue please? we still don’t know exactly where the problem is located for you.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Glad we could help!
We really appreciate it if you rate our theme on themeforest https://themeforest.net/downloads

AndyHey morganw,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Does a child theme work for you when using a default WP theme?

AndyJanuary 3, 2017 at 12:21 pm in reply to: Enfold theme 3.8.4 visual editor not working wordpress 4.7+lightbox image probem #728946Hi,
1.) Use this code inside Quick CSS field:
img.mfp-img { width: 65%; }
and adjust as needed.
2.) It should work fine on mobile. Could you provide us a precise where we can check it on your end please?
Best regards,
AndyHey Aline,
about which grey line are you talking about? I can’t see it. Please always provide us screenshots of the issue (imgur.com, dropbox).
Best regards,
AndyHi,
glad you could figure it out! Let us know in a new ticket if you have some more questions about the theme. We’re happy to help you out.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
not sure what you mean. Are you talking about your black background of your socket? how do you want to change it’s color without changing the socket’s color? or what exactly do you want to achieve?
With this code inside Quick CSS field you can change socket’s background color:
#socket { background: transparent; }
Adjust it as needed.
Best regards,
AndyHey wbitsolutions,

AndyJanuary 3, 2017 at 11:52 am in reply to: 'Restore revision history' function not working properly #728926Hey kfein14,
Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area
Best regards,
AndyHey brian7454,
I don’t think we could help you with this kind of customization, but what about a plugin like: https://jetpack.com/support/infinite-scroll/?
Best regards,
AndyHi,
again, try this: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails/
If this is not working for you and your server, then you need to work with Contact Form 7 I’m afraid.

AndyJanuary 3, 2017 at 11:27 am in reply to: I have pages loading under the wrong parent and one not showing at all #728916Hi,
do you get similar results when using a default WP theme?
Best regards,
AndyHi,
you could use a plugin like Contact Form 7, where you get way more options for this function.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
to execute the plugin you go to Tools->Reset and then type “reset” into the field and that’s it. Afterwards you can activate Enfold theme and import the demo you need to.
Best regards,
AndyHey finchkelsey,
can you explain further please? what exactly do you want to achieve? an example would help us a lot to understand your wishes better.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
please always use a new ticket for a new question/issue, otherwise it gets confusing in our forum.
Use a Layout Element to get a fade in animation: http://imgur.com/a/4daCJ
Have you got your editor when using a default WP theme?
Best regards,
AndyHi,
bitte versuche es mit einem Code Block Element.
Wenn du noch Hilfe benötigst, dann schick uns bitte Admin Zugang zu.

AndyHi,
I don’t understand what you mean. You say they appear when removing this code, but at the same time they’re still missing on mobile? can you explain further and provide us some screenshots of the issue when you remove your custom codes?
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I can’t see any jumping, not even any shrinking anymore. Can you provide us a precise link where we can see what’s going please?
Best regards,
AndyHi,
you could activate ALB for your blogposts, but have in mind that you are ging to loose all default blog settings of WordPress this way. You could also customize your default blog page, but we can’t help you with this kind of customization, so if you need help with this refer to: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization

AndyHi,
ftp login does not work for me, please check.
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Best regards,
AndyHi,
AndyHi,
I’ll report this issue to Kriesi. Hopefully he can fix it soon!
Best regards,
AndyHi,
frage deinen Host, ob er wirklich Multiple WordPress Sites auf deinem Server unterstützt.
Gruß,
AndyHi,
try this code inside Quick CSS field:
.avia-slideshow { z-index: 0 !important; }
Best regards,
AndyHi,
try with Masonry Element for example to achieve this function. If you can’t fine anything inside ALB though, then you would need to search for a plugin with such a function you want.
Best regards,
