I noticed that you have used a caching plugin. Would you mind activating it again and opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

if you’re using a cloudflare function or any other caching function, then this is expected behavior. You won’t see any changes. Remove any cloudlfare and caching and you should go fine.

Enfold just uses WordPress default mail function, so nothing special. If this is not working for you, then you need to talk to your host about it or use another plugin with more options.

well I updated to 4.7 and newest Enfold version, too, but it does not happen for me and it does not happen for any other customers neither. I’m going to ask the rest of my team, maybe someone has an idea.
Please ask your host if they’re using any caching on your server. Maybe it’s caused by it.

1.) Yes, it’s opening on max size. However, if you want to increase use this code:
img.mfp-img { max-width: 120%; width: 120%; max-height: 721px !important; height: 721px; }
and adjust as needed.
2.) You get some console errors on your website. Are you using an caching or cloudflare function? if yes then you need to deactivate it.

I guess some custom code or customization you’re using is causing it. Deactivate all plugins to check if one is causing it. Remove any custom code and child theme. Make sure no caching is activated. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

not every WP plugin is compatible with every WP theme. If the plugin author can’t help you to make it compatible with Enfold, then you need to search for a different plugin or hire a freelance developer who makes it compatible for you: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization

Could you try to be more clear please? you current screenshots do not show anything about your footer, so I have no idea what you’re trying to show us.

it’s really weird, but it does not want to appear. We can’t reproduce the issue on our end and nobody else reported this issue to us. So something must cause it especially on your end only. Did you do any customization of the theme? if yes then remove them completely, so we can make sure you got a clean installation.
