Hey MusicalFactory,
we’ve informed Kriesi about this issue. Hopefully he can implement a solution for this soon in a next update. Thanks for being patient.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
you are publicly using an illegal version of Enfold. Buy a licensed version as soon as possible and when you’re done, feel free to open a new ticket in our support forum.

at first do this: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/
then you can create the accordion element the way you need it on a normal page using ALB. Then use the new shortcoded created below ALB’s content to insert them as you widget.Best regards,

No, you don’t necessarily need Mailchimp plugin. Yes, you can provide us admin access.Best regards,

Can you share a login link with us please?There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Make sure no caching is activated on your site/server (ask your host about it to be sure).

AndyHi,
stick to one question/issue only and feel free to open a new ticket for different things.
Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

it looks good on my end. However, you can try the following:
1. Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
2. Go to Settings > Media
3. Change theentry_without_sidebar
image size (increase its width / height).
4. Regenerate the thumbnails by clicking the button at the bottom.Best regards,

AndyHi,
in this case you need to work with media queries, which you wrap around the code you want to use. Something like this for example:
@media only screen and (min-width: 1600px) { #text-53 { right: -20px; }}
For more information about media queries refer to:

in your Console I can see this error: http://imgur.com/a/n8AIx
Could you check this please? so make sure that Google API key gets used only once.

AndyHi,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
you don’t need to, but it will make things much easier for you. However, feel free to make it manually without the plugin if you want. Personally I recommend to use Poedit.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
seems to me that this has nothing to do with thread’s title, so please open a new ticket for it, otherwise our forum gets confusing.
Share a precise link with us here we can see the elements in question.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,

your website is password protected. Can you check please?
Also let us know if you get the same result when using a default WP theme.

please refer to: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails/
Best regards,
AndyHi,
for this you need to work with media queries, so something like this:
@media screen and (max-width: 767px) { li#menu-item-search { right: -115px; }}
Adjust it as needed. For more information about media queries check this: https://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/media-queries-for-standard-devices/
Best regards,
AndyHi,
you are asking for WooCommerce functions, so please go directly to WooCommerce support and let them know what you need.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
does this happen when using a default WP theme, as well? please let us know about your results. What is WMPL support saying about this?

Admin access would be helpful, too.
Note that the maximum size of the images in the masonry element is set to 705x705px. Images larger than the specified dimension will be cropped or resized accordingly. Install the following plugin if you want to adjust the size of the masonry thumbnail: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
Go to the Settings > Media panel then adjust the size of the “masonry” thumbnail. Update, save then regenerate the thumbnails afterwards. You may need to do this process multiple times to get the exact dimension that you want.

AndyHey PJ164,
please always provide us a precise link showing the elements in question.
1.) Try this code inside Quick CSS field:
img.mfp-img { width: 50%; }
2.) What do you mean? can you provide us a mockup of the results you want to achieve please?
Please open a new ticket for a new question/issue, where you provide us a precise link showing the elements in question.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
try to add an !important:
.html_cart_at_menu.html_bottom_nav_header #menu-item-shop { top: 48px !important; right: -67px !important; }
Don’t forget to clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I think Google can read pretty much every text element.

AndyHi,
ich verstehe nicht was du meinst. Kannst du es bitte noch mal etwas klarer formulieren?
Gruß,
AndyHi,
as far as I know you can change this in WordPress itself, without any 3rd party plugin. Simply go to Settings->Permalinks->Portfolio Entry Settings
Best regards,
