remove any custom code you’re using to find out if one is causing this issue. If that doesn’t help, then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

1.) Not sure what you mean. Where is the difference? and what do you want to achieve? Or could you already fix it?

2.) You are already using a custom code which should do the job, but it seems that some other code is blocking it. So remove any custom code you’re using one by one to find out which one is making conflicts.
