August 10, 2015 at 10:13 am in reply to: Images in Code Blocks not behaving correctly when browser shrinks. #485121
Hi!
this does not happen for me. The images are resizing fine for me, without overlapping each other and without any gaps. Which OS and browser are you using? make sure to use newest browser version. Clean browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
Best regards,
AndyHey!
I can’t see any header on the link you have provided. Can you give us a precise link where we can see what’s going on with your header?
Regards,
AndyHi!
not sure what you mean, as there is no shrinking header on your website. However, it would be out of our support scope to handle behavior of your additional buttons when header is shrinking. This would be considered as custom work and you can find someone for this job here: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization

Hey!
can you show us how do you want it to look like on mobile device? please send us a mockup/screenshot, so we can provide you some precise CSS code.
Best regards,
AndyHi!
these are just 4 custom images, which are not included in the theme.
Cheers!
AndyHey!
you could enable debug mode and use the shortcodes generated by your code block element. Paste these shortcodes into your slider.
Best regards,
AndyHi!
hm? no, you implement the code once and it will be update safe. Just put it into Quick CSS field or use custom.css file.
Best regards,
AndyHi!
let us know about your results. We will keep this thread open for you.
Cheers!

alright. Glad you found a solution so far. Let us know if you still need help with this.
Cheers!
AndyHi!
@Roger Thanks for sharing. We can’t really provide support for this 3rd party plugin. You would need to test it yourself or ask WP Rocket support about this.

Hi!
@adambourns
You are right. Delete only all theme files and get a fresh copy from themeforest.
@norge1810
Regards,
AndyHi!
if you have any troubles with the theme we are happy to assist you, but this here seems out of our support scope as there seems to be something wrong with your database. If you still think it’s the theme, then try to delete all theme files via FTP and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account.
Best regards,
AndyHey!
it is highlighted for me, so not sure what you mean. Can you provide us screenshots to make things clear please? use imgur.com or dropbox.
Regards,
AndyHi!
if you want to move your items in your layer slider then use this for your logo:
img.ls-yourlogo { margin-left: 50px !important; }
and for the other pink text use this to control it:
.ls-l { margin-left: -130px !importan; }
You would need to use media queries to control it on different screen sizes.
Cheers!
AndyAugust 9, 2015 at 11:03 pm in reply to: PROBLEM WITH WPML AND ENFOLD WHEN YOU NEED TO DO A LINK WITH BOX WITH ICON #484969Hi!
I can’t find the issue. Can you tell us how to reproduce it exactly? where can we see it? maybe screenshots would help us. Use imgur.com or dropbox.
Best regards,
AndyHey!
could you please deactivate all plugins to see if one is causing any conflict? Afterwards you can activate them again one by one to see which in is causing it. Let us know about your results.
Cheers!
AndyHey!
please contact WooCommerce Custom Product Tabs Lite plugin as Ismael already mentioned and let us know what they are saying. I am sure they can help you as they know their plugin best.
Best regards,
AndyHey!
we recommend Events Calendar’s pro as Yigit already mentioned. You could also try these:

AndyHi!
du könntest debug mode einschalten, um Shortcodes zu sehen. Anschließend gehe zu deinem Portfolio Eintrag und kopiere die Shortcodes. Füge sie dann in das Akkordeon Toggle Element mit ein.

AndyHi dobermaraner!
please refer to this tutorial: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-add-an-orderorderby-option-to-the-blogpost-sliderportfoliomasonry-grid-element/

AndyHey!
I think this will be quite difficult and I suggest to hire a freelancer if you really need it. However, refer to this post: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/translate-backend/#post-122904
Best regards,
AndyHey!
I can’t see whats showing in you screenshots when opening the link you have provided. Are you sure it’s the right link to check the issue? Which OS and browser are you using? please always use newest browser version.
Cheers!
AndyHey!
please adjust the code I already provided to you numerous of times before by yourself. We don’t have the time to customize everything for you. If you can’t do it yourself and are searching for someone for this job then you can hire a freelancer for example here: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization
Or are you saying that the code is simply not working? because it does work for me. Did you clear browser cache and hard refreshed your website a few times? please don’t check on desktop device, you need to check it on the real specific device (e.g. iPad).
As I already told you, you need to adjust the code by yourself. Play around a little bit with different values until it fits for you.
Put the code into Quick CSS field and provide us admin access so we can check it. You can post login details here as private reply.Regards,
AndyHey Pepper2420!
why not just import it to check how it’s done?
About which white columns that float into color area are you talking about? can you show us a link or screenshots? use imgur.com or dropbox.
The horizontal line with small circles is a separator/whitespace element. When editing it choose “custom” for Horizontal Ruler Style and then choose an icon (the one with three circles).
Regards,
AndyHi profil77!
could you check with a default WordPress theme if the same is happening there? Let us know about the results. I would also ask in the general WordPress Forum about this issue. Try to deactivate all plugins to check if one is causing it.
Cheers!
AndyHey fixedopsinsight!
what kind of admin experience are you talking about? do you mean the ALB? Only our Enfold theme has it, but everything else is pretty much the same on other themes as well.
Cheers!
AndyHi Bobvangendt!
please refer to this answer: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/anchor-links-in-safari-menu-links/#post-459755
Regards,
AndyHey!
though I am not sure about which product filter you are talking about, but please try to deactivate all plugins but WooCommerce to see if one is causing this issue.
In appearance->widget I can see that you implemented WooCommerce price filter widget only for blog sidebar, but not in other pages (e.g. shop page).Cheers!
AndyHey!
please try to deactivate all plugins, to see if one is causing this issue. Afterwards you can activate them one by one again to see which one is causing it. Let us know about your results.
Regards,
AndyHey mediax2014!
