maybe there are some corrupted theme files and in this case you need to delete all of them via FTP before getting a fresh copy from your themeforest account.

so basically you want to have two separate lightbox galleries, right? one for the big image and another for the thumbnails, right?
if yes you could try to put the lightboxes into different groups. Try to follow these treads:
