Enfold does not use any special form and instead uses the standard WordPress form. I recommend to use contact form 7 to have some more options.

kannst du bitte versuchen alle Plugins außer WPML zu deaktivieren? Sag uns bescheid, ob es dadurch eine Veränderung des Problems gibt.

2.) Video on mobile can be very expensive for the enduser (especially in countries like Germany for example) and background videos don’t work well on mobile devices. That is why you have the option to go for a fallback image on mobile.

so I asked the whole team and even Kriesi checked himself. None of us could reproduce the issue. We tried different browsers (even Windows Edge), different devices and different OS.

I can’t see any issue, but use this code to control phone number in header:

you are using an old version of the theme. Try to upgrade to Enfold v3.3.2. and deactivate all plugins to see if one is causing this problem. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. If that doe not help you might want to delete all theme files via FTP and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account.

please try to deactivate all plugins to check if one is causing this issue. Afterwards you can activate them one by one to see which one is making problems. Hope this helps!
