you need a lot of customization and I would recommend to hire a freelancer for this job, as it would require quite a lot of time to achieve all that. You should also use forum search function, as styling main menu (hover etc.) was answered a lot already.
However, you can remove round borders from your button with this code:

oh yes, sorry. Add some media queries to my code from above:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { div .av_one_half { width: 107%; }}This way it will only work on mobile devices (with a max resolution of 767px).

try to deactivate all plugins, to see if one is causing this issue. Afterwards clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Are you using any caching plugins?

schön, dass es mit Deutsch jetzt besser klappt. Ich hatte dich bereits gebeten Screenshots mit hinzu zufügen, damit klar wird von welchen Bildern du redest. Eine Prozentangabe beim height Wert funktioniert nicht, sondern ausschließlich px. Du kannst höchstens versuchen “auto” in den height Wert einzusetzen, dann sollte der height Wert automatisch “korrekt” angezeigt werden.
Ich würde dir jedoch folgendes Plugin empfehlen, damit du die Bildgröße selbst bestimmen kannst, denn WordPress verändert die Bildgröße beim Upload von Bildern automatisch: https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/Gruß,

ich verstehe nicht ganz wo das Problem ist, weil du doch im Textblock Element einfach den jeweiligen Zeilen eine Überschrift zuweisen kannst und zwar hierüber:

are you talking about the “Prijslijst downloaden” button? because I check it on my htc one device (android) and it’s showing fullwidth for me. Can you check on another device as well, please?

Wordpress is cropping images by default when uploading. That is why I told you to gain more control over it using the plugin I mentioned.

I don’t think Günter described anywhere how to replace “/”.
You can use loco translate or poedit to make some translations on your website.
You can center it’s position by use this code:

As far as I know you can upload your own icons to fontello.com and download the zip file afterwards, to use it in Enfold.

not sure which part of your website exactly you wish to have white background. Could you be a little more precise please? use screenshots to highlight your intentions. You can use imgur.com or dropbox.
