Unfortunately it seems to that what you need would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Keep your caching plugin switched off while you’re testing and clear browser cache.

the best way to do this is is to use simple image sizes plugin. Change the image sizes in question inside this plugin. Make sure you upload an image in the same image ratio, otherwise it gets cropped. Another thing you can try is to upload the image in the size you need it and then just use “full size”.

AndyThanks so much for all your help. I did change the logo size and it did make a difference on chrome, but when I look in safari it looks soft again. Just when I thought I had fixed it. I don’t know what the heck to do now. Link to site below again, and another question:
Make sure to clear browser cache of Safari and hard refresh a few times.

what about masonry gallery? if it doesn’t work with any of the Enfold elements, then best to search for a plugin with such a function.

klingt für mich als müsstest du deine Permalinks erneuern (flush). Gehe dazu einfach auf Settings->Permalinks->Save Changes

Es ist auch immer gut, beide Dateien (.mo & .po) in ein und dem selben Ordner runter zu laden, um sie zu bearbeiten. Weil wenn du dann die .po bearbeitest, wird automatisch auch die .mo mit verändert. Wenn du die .mo nicht mit runterlädst, dann passiert dies nicht.Gruß,

you’re using quite a lot of plugins and I guess one is casing this issue. Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Also please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

Na das klingt doch gut, wenn alles so funktioniert wie es sein soll. Das Plugin ist dazu da, damit du die Bildgrößen manuell einstellst so wie du es brauchst.

I can’t reproduce this issue on my end, so something must cause it especially on your end. Can you try to deactivate your child theme and activate default Enfold theme instead please? also remove any other customizations you’ve implemented so far, cause we need to find out what is causing this issue.
Are we allowed to deactivate your child theme and plugins for testing purposes?

kannst du uns dazu bitte einen präzisen Link schicken wo wir uns das Problem einmal ansehen können? weil auf den bisherigen Link, den du geschickt hast, scheint alles normal zu sein.
Habe im Hinterkopf, dass WordPress deine Bildgrößen automatisch verändert, wenn du sie hochlädst. Wenn du das kontrollieren/anpassen möchtest, verwende folgendes Plugin: https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/

did you delete all theme files completely via ftp, before installing a fresh Enfold copy from your themeforest account?
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
