Hey!
I checked the website you have provided us and could not see any issues. Can you highlight what you mean please? use imgur.com or dropbox to add some screenshots.
However, you are using an old version of the theme, so please upgrade to Enfold v3.3.2.Best regards,

not sure which changes you wish exactly. Can you show us what you are trying to achieve please? you can add some screenshots using imgur.com or dropbox. Then we can provide you some precise CSS code for you.
Best regards,
AndyHi Sigmund!
it could be possible but would require a huge amount of time and would be considered as custom work. You can hire a freelance developer for this job for example here: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization
Cheers!
AndyP.s.: Beautiful video!
Hi!
refer to this tutorial: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-anchors-to-your-page-for-single-page-navigation/

refuse from bumping into your own thread, as it marks it as “answered” and pushes it behind in our queue, so we can’t provide a faster reply.
What you could do it turning on custom class for all ALB elements.
Cheers!
AndyHey!
please follow these threads I already mentioned:

Best regards,
AndyHi richardelectrix!
posting your whole custom CSS code from your child theme does not help us at all.
Try to remove all of your custom CSS code from your child theme and then check again if your code will work again. Then put every custom code again inside your child theme one by one, to find out which one is causing some conflict.Best regards,
AndyHi!
not sure what you mean and what you need. So you just want to have this part:
See all Real estate matching your search.
(all data current as of 10/21/2015)Listing information deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Read full disclaimer.
below your images? why not use the ALB editor to achieve this kind of layout? with it you have all freedom you can imagine.
Send us admin access if you need further support.

AndyHey!
when trying to login I get the error message shown in private content. We need to login. Can you check please?
Cheers!
AndyHey!
it’s caused by your testimonial slider. Use this code as well to define a fix height for it:
.avia-testimonial-wrapper.avia-slider-testimonials.avia-slider-2-testimonials.avia_animate_when_almost_visible.av-large-testimonial-slider.avia_start_animation { height: 200px; }
Cheers!
AndyHey!
you are using this code:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) .DA-mobilenopadding img { padding: 10px; }}
which is causing padding on the image showing on your screenshots. Remove it and then you can use something like this to remove padding on all your images for mobile:
@media only screen and (max-device-width: 736px) { .responsive #top #wrap_all .flex_column { padding-top: 0px !important; padding-bottom: 0px !important; padding-left: 0px !important; }}
Regards,
AndyHey!
use this code inside of Quick CSS field:
a.small-preview { width: 130px; height: 130px; }
and adjust as needed.
Regards,
AndyHey!

Could you fix it?

AndyHi!
try to deactivate all your plugins, to check if one is causing this issue. Are you using any caching (plugin)? if yes deactivate caching function and afterwards deactivate caching (plugin) at all. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Ask your host if they are any kind of caching on your server.
Best regards,
AndyHey!
does the same issue happen when activating a default WordPress theme as well?
Best regards,
AndyHey!
I tried to login using /wp-admin but login page does not appear. Can you provide us the correct login page please? Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily for testing purposes?
Cheers!
AndyHi!
not sure what you are trying to achieve. Can you show us what you need please? a link would be helpful I think and you can add some screenshots using imgur.com or dropbox, to make things clear for us.
Cheers!

use this code to control it’s margin:
@media only screen and (max-width: 736px) { article.slide-entry.flex_column.post-entry.slide-parity-odd.av_one_half.first.real-thumbnail { margin-bottom: 20px !important; }}
and adjust as needed.

Hey!
what do you mean you have ALB turned on? it’s turned on always (by default).
As Elliott already mentioned, follow this tutorial and let us know when you are done:
http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/Afterwards you have a new field when editing your list elements in question where you can define a unique CSS class.
Best regards,
AndyHi!
you have used WP Super Cache plugin. Activate this plugin again, go into it’s settings and choose to switch off caching. Afterwards deactivate this and all other plugins. Then clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Let us know if you get a better result this way.
Are we allowed to deactivate your plugins temporarily by ourselves?If this does not work try to delete all theme files via FTP and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account, because there might be some corrupted theme files on your installation.
Best regards,
AndyHey!
@connepon
I think you should ask plugin’s author about this fix, as their was no theme update in the last days/weeks.Best regards,
AndyHey!
thanks for the explanation. Please deactivate all your plugins, to see which one is causing this issue and let us know if you get some better results. If that does not help you might need to delete all theme files via FTP and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account.
Cheers!
AndyHi quebag!
AndyHi!
quite difficult to understand what’s the problem is about in this whole thread. I checked the links from your first post and they did not work for me, even not if I remove the “/accessories/” part of the links. Moreover I checked your footer but could not see any issues. Your dropbox screenshot does not serve us at all, as it looks totally fine to us. I checked different page on your website and your footer looks always the same to me.
Can you show us clearly what you need please? send us a mockup showing what you want to achieve and explain exactly what kind of issue you have.
Best regards,
AndyOctober 21, 2015 at 6:12 pm in reply to: Can't Understand Why The Testimonials Keep Moving Up and Down #522420Hey!
I think it’s cause by your testimonial slider. Try to define a fix height for it by using this code in Quick CSS field:
div#testimonials { height: 550px; }
Cheers!
AndyHi!
