Please open a different ticket in your case. There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
Check if any plugin is causing a conflict. Make sure no caching is activated.Best regards,

we have no idea what this code is about. Check with the author of this code and first check with a default WP theme if it generally working or not.

enfold-functions.php is the wrong place, use functions.php instead. Again, make sure the font name is the correct one and check that on Google.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

we can’t help you with any button to download a PDF, as you need to search for a plugin with such a function or hire a freelance developer. But what you could do is use a code like this inside your Quick CSS field:
@media print { /* All your print styles go here */ }This CSS is when you want to print a page.

Eventuell sind aber einige Theme Dateien korrupt und in diesem Fall müsstest du alle Theme Dateien via FTP komplett löschen und dir hinterher eine frische Enfold Kopie von deinem Themeforest Account besorgen: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

if it’s done within 15 minutes, then it’s probably not worth the effort, as Kriesi has lots of other things to do and you can do it easily by yourself. However, feel free to make a feature request if you want.

as a workaround you can activate debug mode, use the shortcodes on another test page and when everything works fine for you, then just copy the shortcodes the your original page.
