Hi,
Glad we could help!
Please take a moment to review our theme and show your support https://themeforest.net/downloads
To know more about enfold features please check – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/
Thank you for using Enfold :)Best regards,
AndyHi,
you could just experiment with it using a test page where you use a Code Block element for your code, so it will just work on this test page. Send us the link of the test page with the elements in question, in case you still need help with it.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
please remove the elements which are not working for you, update your page, then re create them again. Make sure you’re not using any caching (also check with your server).
Keep all plugins deactivated while testing, to make sure none is causing any conflicts.

Hi,
we need admin access, instead of a normal user account. Let us know when you’re ready.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
link you’ve provided does not work for, can you check please?
Does this whole problem happen with another WP theme as well?Best regards,
AndyHi,
the first link works, but the other don’t for me. Can you check please?
So not sure what you’re talking about. Can you explain further and use some screenshots to make things clear for us please? use imgur.com, dropbox.Best regards,
AndyMarch 7, 2017 at 1:35 pm in reply to: Enfold Child Facebook Like Widget not working on Firefox #756971Hi,
you could search for a plugin which forces your website to use https instead of http.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
let’s focus on one issue only here and feel free to open another ticket for different problems/questions.
So I checked on iPad screen size but can’t find any gaps you’re talking about. Can you provide us screenshots please? use imgur.com or dropbox.
Also on iPhone screen size everything seems fine for me. Please show us exactly what you want to achieve/change (use a mockup to make things clear for us).
Best regards,
AndyHi,
check out this: http://www.seomediaworld.com/remove-post-date-stamp-on-serp-seo/
I think “method 3” should work fine. Also check out a plugin like:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-old-post-date-remover/Best regards,
AndyHi,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

AndyMarch 6, 2017 at 2:28 pm in reply to: Hi there our fullscreen image sliders are not working on mobile, please help… #756413Hi,
please as already said use different tickets for different question. Just go here: https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold/ and click on the big blue button which says “Can’t find a solution to you problem? Open a new thread”.
When you open your new ticket, send us admin access, as well as a precise link showing the elements in question. Test everything without any plugins activated, to make sure none is causing any conflict. Also make sure to use newest WP and theme version.
Try to add a new page where you duplicate your content and check if you can replicate the issue or if it’s working fine with a new page. Make sure no caching is activated on your website and server.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
this might happen, because this 3rd party plugin is not compatible with Enfold’s ALB. We can’t do much about it unfortunately, as we can’t provide support for 3rd party plugins. So maybe best to ask plugin’s author about it or even better to hire a freelance developer who can make it compatible for you.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
the only place of a changelog is this:
https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990#item-description__changelogBest regards,
AndyHi,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
To be able to turn it off is a good idea I think, so please feel free to make a feature request for Kriesi here: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
Best regards,
AndyHi,

Best regards,
AndyHi,
I checked your child theme’s functions.php and there is lots of custom code inside of it. One is causing the issue. Use a fresh child theme, without any custom code, like here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
and let us know when you’re ready so we could check it.Best regards,
AndyHi,
we cannot provide support for 3rd party plugins/codes, as written in our support policy. So you need to contact the author about it or hire a freelance developer who makes it compatible for you.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
@massimo08
a) Du kannst html verwenden, also einfach zum Beispiel:
<h1>Das ist mein Caption Text im Fullscreen Slider</h1>
Gruß,
AndyHey bltsonnek,
eventuell ist auf deinem Server der PHP memory limit zu gering eingestellt. Bitte kontaktiere dazu deinen Host und stelle es auf 256MB ein.
Gruß,
AndyHi,
it’s an old code and unfortunately Josue is not in our team anymore. Best to remove it and find another solution. Probably you need to hire a freelance developer if you want to replace the current code.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
usually this is caused by a conflict with a plugin or by corrupted theme files. So deactivate all your plugins and check again and/or delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Best regards,
AndyHi,
when I open your homepage I don’t see anything. Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)
Best regards,
AndyHi,
this happens because Enfold (ALB) is using Magnific Popup Lightbox. Deactivate it so you can use PhotoSwip only.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
if you’re using a child theme then you’re fine, but if not, then you need to copy the code again into your functions.php.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
we recommend to work with “WP Super Cache” and “Better WP Minify” plugin.
@defeyter
Glad it’s working for you now.Best regards,
AndyHowever, you can follow this thread here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/using-alb-with-custom-post-type-and-meta-information/#post-580144 for a workaround.
Best regards,
AndyHey geordiemac,
you’ll lose WordPress’ default behavior when activating ALB for blogposts. With ALB you have all freedom, but you also need to do everything from scratch. If you need WP’s default behavior, then we recommend to use WP’s default editor.
Best regards,
