Best regards,
AndyHey!

AndyHi!
@tremblayly (thread owner)
use this inside Quick CSS field of your french version, to get a line above your menu:#header #header_main_alternate .container { border-top: 1px solid red; }
In your english Quick CSS field put this:
#header #header_main_alternate .container { background-color: white; border-top: 1px solid red; }
Adjust as needed.
Regards,
AndyHey!

Best regards,
AndyHey!
please try to activate a default WordPress theme and check if you can send any emails there or not. Let us know about your results.

you have been using Hyper Cache Plugin, so activate it again, go into plugin’s settings and choose to switch off caching. Afterwards clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

no, it won’t be possible for us, it would be way out of support scope, as it would require a huge amount of time and customization of the theme. You would need to hire a freelance developer for this job.
Regards,
AndyHey!
quite difficult to imagine what you want to achieve. Can you highlight using screenshots your intentions please? you can use imgur.com or dropbox.

I checked your /portfolio website in Chrome and it seems to be fine. I can’t see any issues belonging to any distances on your first screenshot of your first post. Can you highlight what you mean please? to make things clear for us.

Thanks for sharing!Regards,
AndyHi!
you can check out Enfold on themeforest website, to know which version is currently released. Newest version is v3.4.1 right now. It should work to be able to update theme in your backend, however sometime you get a cached version from envato/themeforest. You could use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/

1. Use this code in Quick CSS field:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #top #wrap_all .slide-entry { width: 100%; }}
2. This is about a 3rd party plugin and as written in our support policy we can’t provide support for every plugin existing. You would need to ask plugin’s author or hiring a freelance developer for this job, as it would require a huge amount of time and customization of the theme.
Regards,
AndyHey!
1. Not sure what you are trying to do. Can you show us the result please? because then we can provide you some precise css code. You can upload screenshots/mockups to imgur.com or dropbox.
2. Did you include the <!–more–> link? or how did you include a “read more” link?
3. Not sure what you are talking about. Can you elaborate please?
4. Same as 2., isn’t it?
Would have been better to separate different questions into different tickets.
Best regards,
AndyHey!
I can see that you have built a new menu called “SHERPAZ MAIN NEW” and your image is showing up for me fine. Can you confirm?
Did you ask your host if they are using any kind of caching on your server?

for this use this code:
strong.logo { box-shadow: 4px 6px 1px 5px #000000; }
and adjust as needed.
Regards,
AndyHey!
na nimm dafür doch einfach den Dateinamen vom Thumb, statt von der Originaldatei, also z.B. “12400-215×600.jpg”.
Gruß!

Shortcodes kannst du sehen indem du den debug mode einschaltest.Gruß,
