I checked the website on my phone and it works beautifully. Please check on another smartphone (iPhone) as well, to double check. Tell your client to clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

hast du dabei auch wirklich alle Theme Dateien vor der Neuinstallation komplett gelöscht? sonst bleiben korrupte Daten bestehen.

du verwendest ein Caching Plugin, was die Ursache für dieses Problem sein könnte. Gehe in Einstellungen deines Plugins und wähle dort das Caching auszuschalten. Anschließend erst deaktiviere dieses und alle anderen Plugins. Leere deinen Browser Cache und hard refresh einige Male neu.

when you edit the page with header which does not work scroll down and look on the right side for “Header visibility and transparency”. Choose “No transparency”, then it should behave like your other pages.

eventuell sind einige Theme Dateien korrupt und in diesem Fall müsstest du alle Theme Daten via FTP komplett löschen und dir hinterher eine frische Enfold Kopie von deinem Themeforest Account installieren: kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. If that does not help send us admin access, so we can take a deeper look into it. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?

there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

in your source code I can see that you are still using different image sizes, as shown here:
Make them same size. Regenerate thumbnails. Clear browser cache+hard refresh.

I checked link in private content, but can’t find any lightbox images. We need to be able to see what’s going on for you. However, code from Elliott should work and probably you just need to clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Maybe you need to regenerate WordPress’ thumbnails as well, otherwise you won’t be able to see changes.

if I go to our theme demo page (las link you have provided) and then to pages->about us, I can’t find any icon you are talking about. So not sure what you mean. Can you explain further where we can see this icon please? maybe even add some screenshots to highlight (imgur.com, dropbox).
