1.) Ein WordPress Menü findest du standardmäßig unter Appearance->Menu.
2.) Du könntest z.B. das Portfolio-grid Element versuchen.

das Problem wird mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit daran liegen, dass du eine sehr veraltete Theme-Version verwendest. Führe ein Upgrade durch und teile uns dann mit, falls du weiterhin Support benötigst. Mache am besten vorher ein Backup.

sobre que texto de una caja estas hablando? nos puedes enseñar lo que pasa con imágenes de pantallas por ejemplo por favor? para que entendemos lo que es el problema exactamente que tienes. Podrías usar imgur.com or dropbox.

aktuell verwendest du eine veraltete WordPress und Theme Version. Bitte führe für beides zunächst ein Update durch.
Hast du irgendeine Idee oder Beobachtung gemacht wann genau dieser Fehler auftritt? liegt es z.B. an der Content-Länge o.ä.?

habe mir deine Website und dein Backend angeschaut und kann nichts verdächtiges finden. Sieht alles gut aus für mich. Kann auch leider keine “Test”-Seite finden. Kannst du uns bitte einen präzisen Link schicken, wo wir da Problem sehen können?
Versuche alle anderen Plugins außer WPML zu deaktiviere, um zu schauen, ob eins einen Konflikt verursacht.

sorry, but still not sure what you mean. Maybe it would help us if you highlight the issue using screenshots?
If main menu color does not work for you in advances styling settings, then you need to use some custom css code with an !important. Send us a link, so we can take a look to inspect the elements in question and provide you support for it if needed.

die Portfolio-Kategorie (WordPress standard) definierst du indem du im WordPress Backend auf “Portfolio Items” gehst und dort eine neue Kategorie definierst bzw. eine bereits vorhandene zuweist.

I am on Mac as well and it looks good to me (not like in your screenshot). Make sure to use newest browser version. Which OSX version are you using exactly?
Try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. If that does not help send us admin access, so we can take a deeper look into it. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?

there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

besten Dank für die Links! Kriesi hat mir soeben versichert, dass er dafür einen Fix im nächsten Update einbauen wird. Also noch etwas Geduld, dann sollte dies behoben sein!

wenn du Fragen bezüglich des Plugins hast (auch custom css code zu deinem Plugin), dann erfrage dies bitte beim Autor des Plugins, denn die kennen ihr Plugin am Besten.

not sure what you want to achieve, because your time column is on one row only for me. It looks good to me and I can’t see any issue. However, adjust width with this code in Quick CSS field:
